They must have you on speed dial. They still haven't got back to me about why my deposit failed to initiate the last promised bonus.
It is well over two weeks now since my 1st email (xmas day) and 9 days since they eventually replied to say they had escalated it to the appropriate department. I also made a further deposit to see if that would change things.
2 days ago when I asked again what was happening I was told that it was taking days rather than hours to manually credit bonuses. Weeks rather than days is more like - screw them.
P.S. I checked my account on the final day of the bonus offer, and under my bonus account it had finally changed from just showing the previous expired bonus to now include the new bonus offer. They never emailed me to say that they had added the bonus and didn't actually credit the bonus from my previous deposits - I would have to deposit again! Screw them again - fool me once etc...
