Maybe ask support?
I asked support; its took them four days to reply with "we have sent your email to the relevant department" I could try cashing out but i fear my bonus expiring without a message coming up

How long did it take for you guys to transfer from PS to FT? I've been waiting for the transfer to complete for almost two hours.

As far as I have seen, the only info posted about the store is what's in the OP:

Quote:
12. Are the stress balls still in the store?
- Actually, no. We will be launching the FTP Store with virtual goods only. This means Tournament Tickets, Ring Game Tickets, and cash bonuses will be the only items available when we re-launch.
Quote:
2. Can you at least tell us if you are planning to have electronics in the FTP store again or will FTP do the same as PS and only offer gift certificates?

- We haven't even gotten to the planning stages of the future store, so I don't have an answer for this yet.
So it seems to be no, no idea yet.

If Shayam posts any updated info about the store, I suspect it will be in the FTP Re-Launch Answers thread in the Internet Poker forum.

Hey dumbass, why dont you read the post before you post stupidity. I know where the bonus should be, its not there. Maybe you should work for ftp support with those reading skills.

I can still get the message, "The Full tilt store is currently not available in your region" when trying to access the store.

Anyone else still get this? I live in Norway.

Anyone gotten anything back from support regarding this?

Does anyone else from the US who still has money tied up due to their previous dealings with FTP (due to the fact that they essentially stole our money) find it extremely disrespectful that FTP is offering a lucrative welcome package to first time depositors (who didn't have the misfortune of being ripped off by them) and offering former US players now living abroad absolutely NOTHING... AND taking away our Rakeback?!?!?! I recently deposited some funds on FTP assuming that the generous welcome package was not only an effort to get new clients, but also to welcome back and reward loyalty to past (SCREWED OVER) clients as well. The fact that this isn't the case is nothing short of a slap in the face. I've been told by FTP support that I am eligible for an Iron Man midyear bonus, however it says in my account that I am NOT eligible and I have sent multiple emails seeking an explanation and am now being ignored.

As livid as I am that FTP would have the audacity to completely screw me over and then expect me to return as a client with nothing to show for it but the proverbial middle finger, I am still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait to remove the funds I recently deposited until I get a response explaining what it is they are offering me to get me back as a client after the catastrophe I endured as a previous FTP client. My assumption is there must be some make good offer I am overlooking, because I can’t imagine a company that's trying to rehabilitate its image would treat a returning customer with such disdain.

I recieved an email stating I was eligable for an Iron Man Mid Year Bonus (Although my account says I am not eligable) and needed to clear it by the end of November in order to recieve the Deal me in Bonus, which I've since learned isn't entirely accurate

If the email I recieved stating I am eligable for the Iron Man Mid year Bonus is accurate (inspite of the fact my account says I am not), and the delay on recieving the bonus doesn't negatively impact my ability to clear it or my ability to recieve and clear the Deal me in Bonus, I would be satisfied with that scenario.

One would assume FTP would go out of their way to make it clear what they are offering to reward former clients who return in spite of the fact they still haven't had their funds returned to them. It is also entirely possible that I'm over reacting to the technical difficulties of FTP relaunching due to my patience with them wearing thin long ago due to my money not being returned to me.

Gamingfosho - as a former US player living abroad, I cant even get my account re-opened with country change as of yet. Been waiting 8 days since i sent support all documents. Not even a peep about we will get back to you later.

Howd you get verified so fast?

They will NOT expire if you buy in with them at least once a week (every seven days). To be on the safe side I would recommend using them at least once every six days...

he knows that. His point was that it seems ridiculous for them to expire at all!

I played a few Heads-Up Sit&Go tournaments 2 days ago on Full Tilt. I lost 2 of them because I only saw the Deal me In button which would not do anything. One tournament I lost because I just saw a blank table whenever I would click on take my seat in the lobby: no players, no buttons. Obviously all tournaments were running and I blinded out.
All of this happened while I was playing a tournament I had started earlier which worked perfectly. So I do not believe it was a connectivity problem on my side. After restarting the client the problems were gone.
To sum it up, FTP still does not care about their customers' money, their software client sucks, support is inexistent. It was my first and last week back on that site.

For the price of (a few) extra FTPs, you can take cash money which (disregarding inflation/currency fluctuations, you don't get nothin' for nothin' :P ) doesn't expire...

No, I'm not sure... that's the problam ATM. I have been told via email that I do have one; Quote "After reviewing your account we can confirm that you have an active Iron Man Mid-Year bonus." However when I follow their instructions to the Mid-Year bonus page it says I don't qualify. And now they are no longer responding to my emails to clearify.

All and all, I'm pretty happy being back on FTP and understand there is bound to be issues with the relaunch. But after 15 months of ambiguity regarding when, if or how much of my money will be returned to me by Full tilt, in my opinion, FTP should have avioded at all costs, creating a new ambiguous situation regarding when, if or how much money I wll recieve from them in the form of a bonus.

A simple stock email to former US players who deposit funds expaining themselves over the last 15 months, outlining a welcome back package, apologizing for the last 15 months and thanking me for returning as a client and asking for patience with the relaunch would have gone a long way. Instead it's been business as usual except my money is no longer in the account and my rakeback is gone, and that has rubbed me the wrong way. I guess it could be worse. I had my new address verified almost immediately, and some people can't even get a response.

I guess if that's also how you communicate with support, I can see why they're rushing to help.

I'm in the same position as GFoSho, got an email that I have Iron Man Mid Year, but on my promotions page it says I didn't apply. Support told me they've forwarded this to the appropriate dept. :/
