I think there is a flaw in that logic, points are RB equivalent, so points are money, if you loose points/ring game tickets you loose money. It probably works as a stop loss, but then again you could just disable autotopup and have the same effect with cash...

Stars response time which was within 3 hours tops always has now seemingly slowed way down. I'm also trying to transfer more money from stars to ftp but it did not work as we must wait 48 hours from our last transfer as it's treated as a cash out. 72 hours later tho I still cannot transfer getting the same pop up telling me to wait 48 hours

I'm not annoyed at support for taking a while as it makes sense given how many messages they are receiving right now - But it is kind of annoying to have this feature up and running and yet seemingly "buggy" or rather I can see the time and possibly other restrictions set on the xfer feature to be pretty annoying if it stays this way. It should be, once your account is paired and verified and such basically instant imo. Hope that is what happens v soon.

I have cleared my mid year bonus and it has been credided right away, but I dont seem to get a Deal Me In bonus. I have been checking my bonus offers but nothing is there. Shouldbt everyone be qualified for a DMI bonus?

Ive done the same sic but does say you'll recieve deal me in bonus before 30th Nov.

Apologies if been said before but does cashing out or transferring to stars cancel the deal me in bonus if it hasnt been recieved yet.

After having raked over 70k$ on FTP I have to wait till the 30th of November te be able to get my DMI bonus. I have to say I am little dissapointed. Definetely not playing on FTP till the 30th.

Couple problems: Did not receive a deal me in bonus. Emailed them and was told had to clear mid year bonus first. Dont have the mid year bonus either and it takes them 4 days to respond to emails so the bonus will probably expire before I get it. I was also black card pre black friday and now I am only platinum. It says on the website anyone who was black card in 2011 would be diamond. Anyone else have this prob?

I feel the opposite. cant look at stars or play their mtts after having rush on demand tourneys and rush cash games.

don't know why just feels better to me on tilt. however there are some things missing at ftp. but overall it feels way better and software seems way more advanced to me.

I guess its a feel type thing.

One thing that I found interesting though was that almost all the tilt players seem to have just emerged again out of nowhere and haven't taken away from other sites much.

In the Official Statement Stars made upon acquiring the assets of FTP, the following statement was made:

A significant number of players requested cashouts prior to FTP going offline, and never received their money. Some have worthless cheques from payment processors that cannot be cashed, some simply never received electronic transfers. It seems likely that FTP never actually paid some processors for these transactions, so the money never actually left these players' accounts. Yet your company appears to be refusing to honour these amounts, and there is a clear danger that many of these pending cashouts will be lost forever as processors refuse to honour them and the new FTP refuse to acknowledge the debt. US players are at least able to include their missing cashout information in their remission applications to the DOJ, but ROW players were led to believe that the new owners would make them whole, and they reasonably assumed that unreceived cashout requests would be included in this commitment.

Are you going to clarify FTP's position on unreceived cashouts? Failure to make these players whole seems a clear failure to comply with your agreement with the DOJ, unless the DOJ was fully aware of the amounts involved and specifically excluded them from the agreement. At the very least, you ought to be as co-operative as possible in assisting these players in their attempts to contact the relevant processors, and provide as much information as possible to this end.

Yes it will; i had a few points left on stars so cashed them out; i transferred them to full tilt o see what the software was like... only to remember my rolls was already on full tilt!
