Pokerstars with this creates an artificial competition, this is worth a lot.

Re: Official FTP Relaunch Thread (OP updated October 26, 2012)

I am having problems with HM2. At first glance it seems to work ok. I played about 1100 hands yesterday and it showed correct in HM2. However, when I stopped playing, HM2 seems to gain more and more hands each time I refreshed. I even shut down the FTP client, but still it increased. About 10 minutes later it said I had played 5000 hands, and the results was completely wrong.

Anyone else experienced the same?

IMPORTANT!!!

Hello folks, I have important question for players who have offered stuff from old FTP, but haven't received it. So have you received FT points back from your offers or any news about them? Because discount tickets won't be available after 18th November, so I was wondering what to do? I have sent 2 messages to support team about this issue but haven't received any answer for 12 days I guess.

Thank you!

Re: Official FTP Relaunch Thread (OP updated October 26, 2012)

Also, anyone else still missing funds? I got this response from support a couple of days after play money opened regarding my incorrect balance:

Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We are aware of an issue that has resulted in a small group of players receiving incorrect details relating to their account balances. As you were one of the first players to receive our update, your balance detail may have been affected by this issue.

Rest assured, your actual balance has not been affected and we are working on a resolution to this issue. We will contact all players who were sent incorrect information as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience.

Regards,

ALASTAIR

FTP software is even smoother now. Pings are virtually the same as with the former FTP server but looks like they've done a good job with the client's performance improvements and all. Arguably the best online poker software has got even better. Only problem is FT Store is working properly, won't allow to buy stuff yet

Re: Official FTP Relaunch Thread (OP updated October 26, 2012)

Sorry, if I am not asking at the right place, but what does Rolling Full Tilt Points Average mean? I accumulated about 50 points yesterday, but my EDGE status shows I have Current Rolling FTPs of 8,25. Obviously 2 days have passed, so my average points per day would be 25. I don't really get it. Explanation fo a donk like me would be great.

So if I had a rolling average of 5.8~ yesterday, how many ftps did I make? I thought I'd only earned 5 ftps and silver would be an effort to make, you may have just brightened my day lol

there is a "track your progress" link in the edge counter area that's currently inactive, but will allow you (i assume) to see the history of your points earned per day

1 day played, 5.8 avg. 5.8 x 7 (7 day rolling average) = 40.6

I experienced something very weird too. I had FTP client running (but wasn't playing) and went on PokerStars to rail a few HS tables. There, I found out that my HUD was displayed on those tables and I even had a small sample of every players sit in.
I mean, I had a 24 hands sample from "Jeans89"... like if I ever played him...

Its exactly what it says on the tin, the average amount of FTPs you made over the last 7 days.

Example ;
If you made 834 FTPs in the last 7 days, your daily rolling average will be ;

834 ÷ 7 = 119.1

if you are clearing a bonus you can also look at your progress there and that way see how many points you made

Unlike other bonuses it is released as a lump sum, as soon as you clear it, or at expiry if you fail to clear the whole amount.

Bad idea. Some people prefer playing at Stars and others at Tilt.

deposit on stars then transfer to tilt and withdrawl?
Tilt chagres 0.5% for deposits/withdraws but allows you to choose the currency of your deposit, at least for MB, so you don't incur any extra charges. At Stars there are no charges for the main currencies $,€,£ and there is also multi-currency support so you don't need to keep your balance in $.
