I have a U.S. account, but have relocated outside the US, am playing on Stars, yet can't login to FTP. I sent them an email trying to get my account reactivated but they just sent back a stock response... Any ideas?

tl;dr: only trustworthy online poker company in the world taking 3 hours to make a transfer between two sites on its busiest day of the year.

I dont see the rush to get back on there so early??! Surely they will have a few teething problems over the next week or so.. The only reason to go back so soon would be if they were not making the guarantees?! But from what i hear they have made them all so far and they havent been that big anyway!

My promotions is back. Still no DMI bonus there; nothing even mentioned. Starting to think that maybe not everyone gets DMI- it's more if you get an offer, you get at least $200, but there's some category of player who doesn't get an offer. Would be in line with Shyam's post of earlier today:

can 1 player have 2 pokerstars account linked to his ftp account? I am talking about having both pokerstars.eu and pokerstars.fr and to be able to transfer from both to ftp and back.

Silly Question, but if i withdraw from PS, its not going to affect my FT bonus is it? It just, i get a "If you withdraw you can't get bonus" message from PS! And i dont have a bonus on PS.

has any US player been able to get a successful look at their past transactions when you click "history" in cashier? before it kept saying this option will be available nov. 6. now it takes me to a long loading screen that eventually says failed connection. so whats the deal? is the history tab suppose to be available for US players or not?

Can somebody please confirm that the following is not based on any false asumptions/information? Would be much appreciated.

Background: micro stakes cash game player, edge status diamond for the next 180 days.

1. Take advantage of the ringgame ticket sale and buy ring game tickets before Nov. 18th. Since I 4-table I will buy 4 200$-Tickets.
2. Clear the iron man bonus not using the ring game tickets (ring game tickets not allowed for that).
2a. Play at least once within 7 days using each ring game ticket so they don't expire
4. Upon clearing the iron man bonus (or on the 20th of december whichever comes first) claim the deal me in bonus.
4a. Clear the deal me in bonus again not using the ring game tickets.
5. Resume normal play using the ring game tickets

Is this correct? Does anybody know wheather happy hour points count towards clearing a bonus?
