Not already having the answer to the questions about cashouts in limbo makes me nervous.

Isn't that a lovely compromise if we can't get our money back?

They might not have proper records for cash outs in limbo, that's maybe why it hasn't been address yet.

Full tilt have been telling players for years they are looking into rakeback for players that don't have it and will let them know when they have more info regarding this matter, surely Poker Stars can now address this and do what Full tilt only promised to do.
I was in the same situation but after asking the support a few times and stopping to play I got a cash back bonus from ftp, which was 27% rakeback directly paid by ftp. So my question, will I get cashback again after the relunch?

By the way, I think ftp should give everybody the same rewards because otherwise some players have an edge even before starting to play!!!

First off, great to have you back Shyam!

Two questions:

1) I had an 8k wire transfer that never came in, had like 10+ talks with support to get it cleared up and had all the records proving it via email, who should I contact now to finalize it and finally get paid, and when should I do so?

2) I had a rep, Ryan, from pocketkings... I think he left a little before FTP shut down, can I be assigned a new rep when the transition happens?

Thanks

Will it be possible to transfer funds from my FTP account to my PS account BEFORE the relaunch of FTP? My accountdetails for both are identical and obviously I want to rake for you as soon as possible.

Seen so many threads about this and none saying Full Tilt gave them rakeback so you talking about the $600 bonus or did you get Rakeback directly paid into your FT account weekly-monthly by FT?

yes I got rakeback directly paid into my account by FT weekly. It was called cash back. All I had to do was to reach 1000 points per month to get it the following month again.

- Everyone agrees that this is a good idea that should happen. There are still plenty of questions about how exactly it will work and how soon it can be implemented. So for now the answer is, "I hope it's true."
By the sounds of it, it will most likely become available AFTER the relaunch as I can not see this being high up on the priority list right now.

Shyam, you've still said nothing about rakeback and ironman promotions going forward, this is a key area and you're completely blanking questions on the subject.

Answers please.

I dont see why this wudnt be huge up on the priority list?

If they bring this in then it will help them keep a lot of money online as people who still dont trust full tilt or whatever will just transfer there money to pokerstars rather than take it all off and spend it.

Because getting FTP back up and running, which has to be with in 90 days of the deal being signed, is going to take ALOT of hard work and I can not see how inter site player transfers are going to be near the top of the list. I do not think its going to be near the bottom but there seem's to be alot more important things to get sorted first ready for the re-launch.

As for what you say about people wanting to transfer it pokerstars rather than withdraw it. If they have enough money on there to warrant being worried (I understand peoples value of money differs, so it is kind of irrelevant to put a $ amount on it) , then they would, I imagine be fully aware of the situation regarding ownership of FTP, and that whether you choose to keep your money on FTP or transfer it stars it is still going to be held by the same company, albeit in a different bank account. So I do not understand why people would instantly transfer there funds from FTP to PS just to feel more at ease. If you no longer trust the system then your going to withdraw despite the possibility of being able to transfer. Obviously FTP has alot of work to do to get back to where it used to be, but when it come's to trusting FTP I think the only people who this will affect will be the few naive folks who will still think Bitar is running FTP from his prison cell.

Shyam Markus Can you please confirm this and why other players could not get the same option?

I agree with the statement that PTR needs to be blocked.

As far as it showing whether you're a big winner, I disagree. It is missing a good 80% of my hands. I'm sure people who put in way more volume than I did have far more skewed stats. (Not that I'm complaining -- I'm thrilled if people go PTR my SN and think I'm not a big winner. So it actually works in my favor. Just saying, it's definitely not accurate.)

If they are missing 80% or more of people's hands, how can that in any way be reliable? 20% of your hands can represent the best run-good ever, or your worst downswing you ever had.
