Hi Guys....

just a question: Anybody of the ROW players, who miss (pending) money in their account mailed the support and did already get an answer?

I did so 2 hours ago and no response yet.

I havnt mailed them , but did you recieve that mail wich shows your points / balance etc ? FTP might manually check all pending cashouts etc and as soon as its done sending that confermation mail out .

\For those who Cant Download Follow below

1. Run Internet Explorer instead of FireFox. Don't worry its just this once.

2. Go to the Full Tilt Poker website and click on the download link

3. Instead of saving as and that whole bit, just click on "Run" instead

3. Wait for it to download and run. It'll work.

At this point I think there is no justification for FT not to answer support requests, especially regarding player funds, in a timely manner. Unless the tech guys are also the support guys, I can't see a reason why they don't sit 5-20 people on the support tickets and just start sending out responses, at least to issues that the answers for are known.

How many players are online and having problems? 100-300? I'd say even less.

US players are not allowed to DL until november 6th as there is a message on the home page of fulltiltpoker.com

A Message for our US Players
Residents of the United States and related territories cannot play for Real Money at Full Tilt Poker. However, you can still enjoy the Full Tilt Poker experience at our Play Money-only site

click on that and it goes to same message but says november 6th

Well this was a pleasant surprise! Excellent job allowing people to log in prior to launch date.

I was not sure about my log in details / email address used ect, but when I downloaded the client my details where still there! Thankfully I had cashed out and received all of my funds prior to the shut down. However I was due rake back. I currently have funds in my account, so does anyone know if the rake back due has already been paid? And also, the new rake back system. Will this apply to new FTP's earned only or will we be able to cash in current FTP's for the rake back payments? < I doubt this, but could not find any info on it.

My first inquiry took 18 days to get a reply, an inadequate reply, that was. So divide that by 3 and you still have about 6 days of wait.
