About these deal me in tickets... can somebody explain how does that function? I buy 100$ ring game ticket for 23650 points. Then let's say I go on the table with that ticket and then:

1. What if I double up and want to stop playing? How much money will I have in my account? 100$+? 200$+? What will happen with ticket?
2. I go on the table, lose 30$ and stop playing. I leave table. What happens with ticket? My account balance?

As long as they operate the same as before:

(1) You still have the ring game ticket, which you can use to keep playing at another table. You have $100 extra in your account.

(2) Your account balance is unchanged. There is now $70 value left on the ring game ticket, which you can use to buy into an NL100 game 70bb deep, or a NL50 game full stacked.

Another point that has been overlooked is that on the Edge rewards page if you don't have silver you don't even get rakeback.

Then we see rakeback is a huge 10% for silver, 15% for gold, 20% for platinum and if you reach diamond you get the full 25%. Keep in mind that diamond is roughly the same volume as the top iron man used to be. So low volume casual micro / small stakes players get near 0 rakeback instead of 27%, mid to high volume players drop from 35% - 40% to 25% to 30%.

I fail to see any group at all that is better off under this new system unless I am missing something. I really really hope I am missing something.

Making a high-roller sunday mtt with multi entries (something akin to the Stars 200r) might make sense - I wouldn't know, just an alternative - but PLEASE make the weekly sunday major a one-bullet tourney

Basically they have a max value, what you win above this is credited in cash to your account. The value on your ticket is released when you rollover a FTP requirement
