When i am playing multi-entry tournament and reach final table bubble phase with 2 entries, and in the same hand two players is busting out, why one of my entries is being finished in 9th place and one guy who is busted in that hand finishes 8th?

Seriously though I'd expect this to be some sort of error in the design and they probably didn't expect the scenario that occurred to you actually happening.

Normally lucky if it hits mid 20's.

Hi,

I am not able to transfer funds around Full Tilt as of today due to I have never made a deposit on your site. I opened a Full Tilt account when the option to link your PokerStars account and Full Tilt together became available so why would I need to deposit with this option? Secondly I thought that a transfer from Stars to Tilt was classed a deposit?

So as of today you can not transfer between accounts unless you have made a deposit on Tilt?

Hi, I've had a problem with my address when trying to withdraw. I replied explaining my situation, and 3 days later no response. I resent the email yesterday and they responded that they indeed received it.

Lock support is faster than this. How long before this gets resolved?

I have the same problem and Full Tilt Poker Support is very uncooperative with this issue.

I opened an account on Full Tilt when in late December to early January there was running a Pokerstars and Full Tilt joint promotion offer that gave a ring game ticket and tournament ticket to players who have deposited on Pokerstars if they paired an account on Full Tilt. I was able transfer funds to my Pokerstars account earlier this year. Now Full Tilt Poker refuses to allow me to transfer funds to my Pokerstars account and the support's email replies just say that I need to make a deposit before transfer or withdrawal is possible.

Could the Poker Room Manager here tell me why I am unable to transfer to Pokerstars despite the fact I was eligible to the Pokerstars/Full Tilt joint promotion offer that I mentioned above and despite the fact that I've been able to transfer to Pokerstars before?

Its the first time I have dealt with FT support, shocking how different they are compared to Stars, you have to ask the same question several times before they finally read your email correctly. Anyway this is one of the vague email I got.

Full Tilt Poker Support hasn't answered any of my questions. Every single time there's a different member of the support team sending basically the same email saying it's a new security measure that you need to deposit first with the accompanied "please contact us if you need further assistance".

The support doesn't appear to be interested in answering their customers' questions, they just copy-paste some general texts.

How does it protect me as a player that I can't transfer or withdraw from my own account?

What's the point of the account pairing between Pokerstars and Full Tilt anyway if you can't transfer? Let me guess, one has to deposit to both sites individually to be able to transfer funds both ways. If you only deposited to Pokerstars then you can transfer from Pokerstars to Full Tilt but then it's stuck there because you can't transfer it from there to Pokerstars unless you deposit to Full Tilt too?

Well up until last week you was able to site transfer between both no problem, but now with the new security feature you can not do this without a deposit on Tilt. I made a quick deposit and was straight away able to again transfer between sites.

This might be old and I don't know where else I could post this but I just got a FTP email saying I could buy play money chips..... Like 15M play money would cost $50.... This seems ****ing insane to me.
