I am 99% sure there used to a option that you could use to turn off the Stud games hole cards mixer. It's quite annoying to make notes on people when you aren't sure if they played bad hands and then caught lucky on the river as the hole cards can get swapped for 7th street. Anyone else know how to turn it off or even remember the option?

and btw i got my answer to my first email within 48 hours and second one within 24... and an answer to my replay from second email within few hours. So relax guys... they are working... i bet as fast as they can

I read the first 5 pages and the skimmed the last 3 or so.

How do you go about applying for the remission process thing? I've never made a deposit on FTP (at least not that I remember). Am I totally ****ed? What are the chances I get the money that was in my account pre BF?

I'm sure all of this has been mentioned, but I couldn't find anything concrete on it. And obviously I'm still waiting on an email back from support.

will stars/FTP work together when i tile both? or will i have to do it individually

unsure there are any FTP pros atm aside from durrrr, isildur and gus. Even guys like Marco Liesy who i saw grinding (he used to be FTP pro) aren't red pros anymore...so..guess just gotta wait on them to get a team together.
