I was prompted to enter the first 12 digits of a card I have previously used on my FTP account in order to login but I no longer use this card so don't know the digits anymore. Emailed them over half an hour ago, no reply so far.

The first 12 digits don't change when the card is replaced, after the old one expires, lost etc, so unless you have closed that account it shouldn't be a problem.

I know that but I no longer actually have the card to hand and don't know the digits of it. It is quite an old card I think, not even the latest one I had used on my account. The annoying thing is I know the first 8 digits because I always memorize my card numbers when I get new ones but because it is so long ago now I can't remember the rest...

Has anyone tried to change their password? It asks me to give and confirm a new password, but then says 'please specify the correct old password'

Had the same problem, just cancel and it logs you in.

Yeah there is something wrong with the new password thingie. Just click cancel and you can log in. Pretty sad I wont be able to play real money

I changed mine to a new password, after one failed attempt to get my old password right (got the cases of some of the letters wrong). But it's definitely possible to change- now changed to a new password, and checked that I can log in with the new one. Have now amended my widgets for the new Edge system, checked my balance is right (it is), and just got to sit and wait for the next week... Play money doesn't appeal, and nor right now does 888...

I can't log into my account, even with my RSA token and completed verification checks from a couple of weeks ago. But at least I can OBSERVE PLAY MONEY TABLES....oh those sounds never sounded so sweet before.

Shyam,

I have tried logging in, have forgotten my password, and it's also saying that my email is incorrect, although I have received emails from ftp just before the closure.

IN addition, I haven't received any email asking me to verify my identity..what should my next step be??

just received temporary password through, was able to select a new password but then got the message "please contact loginsupport..." not suprised as account was locked pre black friday without explanation.

I'm owed somewhere between $100-150 in rakeback

edit: loginsupport email address is inactive as i just got a failure delivery status

Anyone else who have an incorrect account balance? Idk since they don't open for real money business before 6th nov but I'm missing like $20k and it feels a bit sick to my stomach..
