When exactly does the FTP Days to Launch counter change over? I thought it would be using Eastern Time, but it is still showing 10 days to go. And is that countdown accurate as to what time of day the launch will take place?

What I find annoying is that I have had no email, but when I contacted support, they either say they have sent it and cant resend it (and I have checked all junk and spam) or they havent sent it and cant

They wont so far say why some people have had emails, and others havent

iain, i'm guessing the emails will take time to process - to pull info out of database and double check it, etc, so that would explain the difference in times. i haven't received an email either but i'm just going to stay patient and be happy if/when it arrives
