Never used account for real money, never deposited. Went to log in, said to log in from computer I last logged in with, which is of course impossible. (I presume it's an IP thing, which has def changed since FTP went down).

So I emailed support asking what to do, then read the FAQ on the website and preemptively emailed verification@fulltiltpoker.com my ID and a bank statement. That was just over 48 hours ago. Nothing yet.

I have about 10K in pending cashouts (all cheques) that are not in my account right now. Sent an email to support yesterday morning but still have not received a reply.

Good idea for a thread. I'm glad to hear there are others in the same boat as me.

documents approved on 13th of september
unable to login by launch
documents needed
send them the same documents
same documents are now rejected all of a sudden
send in ****load of new documents
complete radio silence for over 48hours
friends celebrating the return of their bankrolls
while i'm refreshing my mailbox...

Probably a minor issue, but it tilts the hell out of me after waiting for this ''should-be-epic-moment'' for 1.5 years

That sucks. I'm sure you'll be able to prove your identity though. They are just making sure because you have a ton of money on there. If someone was trying to lie about it and say your account is theirs then you'd be glad they are being nits about this.


Right after posting that post ^^ I received an email from FTP that they sent my issue to the payment services department.

Lucky... sent mine yesterday still no reply - did the bad thing too and resent one today but I was hoping that they could get a rep to post something on this thread about this issue...

Well to me it looks like it has little to do with extra security. More a lack of communication and workforce.

I updated the email on my account via Account / Change email address, but the email with the validation code was never sent to me.
Tried the Resend Code link after waiting 24hrs and still no validation email.

I'm 99,9% sure i miss about 2,5k$ in my account, I didnt cashout before closed ftp, I didnt transfer to other playa, I didnt lose it. it just "dissapeared" . WHat's the option, wait for reopen or msg support? obviously i dont have printscreen or something from cashier @day when it was closed, do I have some chance to complete history audit or so?

Has anyone else got an email that they need a voice verification? Like they will call you and confirm account details. I have no problem doing this, as long as it's only the necessary info, and not some questionnaire how I started playing poker and what day etc. Like I'm really awkward socially and give people an unsure appearance about myself, even when I've done nothing wrong, like right now, lol. Like I'm just really worried cos I have a lot of money locked up there. They just call you and ask like date of birth and email address and like home address and that's it?

I havent. I just didn't hear from them now for over 72hours

I wish they would call me !

For players whose accounts are still setup as US plyrs, do u see a positive account balance?

My acct is currently setup as US with my old address.

I had about 10k on ftp (4k pending payouts) on black friday.

Today, i can login in and my bal: $0

Are they not updating US player balances?

It's so annoying. Why didn't their hire more people? Submitted my info and got a response that they are looking into it.

Have no idea what my E-mail address is but am like 90% sure its associated to a really old hotmail account which has been hacked. I have around $30k on FTP and have been trying to get this sorted for weeks now. All they are doing is replying occasionally with a irritating form E-mail saying they will deal with it in due time. I have E-mailed them over and over again asking them to at least freeze my account until they find the time to deal with my situation, but they still reply with the standard form E-mails.

What do I do? Sit tight and hope someone doesn't steal my money?

Same problem, had an e-mail on some ****ty service and it was hacked a year ago and never got it back.

Now it's close to impossible to get anything from full tilt support. Contacted them 3 weeks ago and sent every document 11 days ago.
It's seems that people with bigger issues than an average ftp player will have to spend months to resolve it.

That said there seem to be some sort of communication/email issues the last few days that are complicating things. Hopefully those are resolved now but maybe I just luckboxed.
