I think this is ok as there is no real money games going atm,also when I logged on there is a disclaimer saying that they recognized that i'm in usa and can't play real money.(not 100% on this tho)

I never even received the email about my balance, points etc. Im missing Neteller "pending" withdrawals.

I ask this...
How can they wait till relaunch to look into the issue???
I was of the understanding that the deal with the doj required "ALL" our funds to be available for play or withdrawal no time later than 6th November 2012???

Am I wrong??

I agree. I e-mailed them again to get his correct asap. It should be simple.

One thing I've been thinking about is the non-returned limbo funds possibly only being transactions that were made in the last day or 2 of operation?
I think mine could fit into this category.

Possible these funds are tied in with payment processors?
Mine were pending for at least 3 weeks before FTP closing and never being approved.

I had the same issue, emailed Support and got the below response:

Hello xxxx,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker.

Please be advised I have reviewed your email history and can confirm that the system has now reflected that your cheque was processed successfully. However since you have not received this payment, I have set up an inquiry with our processors to determine the status of your cheque for you.

Please allow a couple of working days for our processors to investigate this matter with their bank and as soon as I receive confirmation I will revert back to you accordingly.

If your cheque was never issued by our processors or they confirm the cheque has not been cashed, we will re-credit your funds to your Full Tilt account and confirm this action with you. I look forward to contacting you again with an update in due course.

If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will gladly assist you further.

I had cashed out some 3 weeks prior to the site going down, and the cashout wasn't ever processed (as far as the client, and Support at the time was concerned) A bit concerning that records indicate otherwise, but I suppose it's on par with what we know about FTP book keeping.

My accnt is $3500+ and I've not received an email either (Australian). I also had a $750 cash out the day before ftp folded. It said confirmed, I never received funds.

edit: I remembered I have a different email for poker. Received the email 2 months ago

edit: I've downloaded the client, password is fine, but my security key is failing to sync with accnt

What cashout method did you use?

And yeah...can download and use client in playmoney only although you can see you cashier it just doesn't function.

Your 3 card PIN was originally emailed to you by FTP when you created it, so if you have old email archives it should be in there unless you deleted it.

damn I dunt even remember my password, pin, or find my security token. I remember going on and off between the pin and using the token. Also remember deleting my emails with the pin.
Gonna have to send some docs to figure **** out

Opened FT today and balance was correct

I withdrew 5.5k to money bookers a day before site closed in late June. So all good
