Have you guys tried to change password?

After filling all 3 boxes (rsa, new pw, confirm new pw), it ask me to fill old pw box what i do not have? Small problem, but am i only one with this problem?

Edit: Asking to specify the old correct password. How?

I have close to about 10k on my FTP account. (RoW) - I'm at my parent's house right now until Saturday and really want to download the new FTP software and check my Points/Medals/Account Balance etc. Should I be patient and wait until Saturday to login on my own computer or is there a good chance I'm going to have to go through more security bs again because I'll be logging in on a different computer from my own?

Also, I already went through the sending in my ID/proof of address back in September.

email support and ask them to change your email address and provide them with proof that its your account.

I had ordered one of those security RSA tokens from the store prior to Black Friday, and the points for the purchase were deducted from my account, but I never received the item.

Yeah, I had a similar Store-item-not-sent/Points-not-refunded-issue. Value a few hundred dollars. Email sent. Priority is low. Recorded here for completeness.

Can someone answer this quickly: am I allowed to login to FTP2 from the states? I'm european and just visiting, I'd just really like to see my balance but I don't want to risk it being closed etc. I'm obviously not going to transfer or play in any games.

My account is short by what looks like ~30%. Approx 4 neteller withdrawals were pending and it looks to me like they only returned 2 of 'em to my account and pocketed the rest.
They told me my account is fine and yet I hand 5 figs never received an email about medals conversions etc and am short by thousands,,,go figure
