***OFFICIAL FTP ACCOUNT ISSUES THREAD*** - Page 11 - Poker News

Finally got into my account after about four back-and-forth e-mails to support to confirm identity. It's kind of a mess in there.

The account balance is definitely low (I requested a 2K withdrawal prior to BF that I never got, but my balance is only just over over 2K).

The amount of FTPs is questionable and seems low (doesn't look like I was credited with the FTPs from the bonus I bought but couldn't clear).

Don't see any info about the mid year bonus that I earned.

Unable to deposit (please contact cashier).

Unable to withdraw (please contact cashier).

Restricted from ring game play and tournaments (please contact support).

I have info on the 2K withdrawal that I never received, but other than that I have no idea what's going on with any of it.

I'm thinking of making the subject line of the e-mail: "Epic support request - Do NOT open before lunch, when tired, or if you need to use the bathroom"

I have a 2k withdrawal in limbo as well... What kind of info did you get?

edit: FTP points also not correct, tried to cash them out as well.

I was playing like 7-9 mtts when I was automatically logged out, then the software closed. I restarted the software and was unable to login. Got the Sorry, your login or password is invalid. Tried to go around using forgot password option and I ws given a temp one. I cannot log using that one either. Is anyone experiencing anything similar atm? FML the very first day it's back on and I'm having this problem

I transferred 4k to Stars at around 1pm GMT, played zoom for a few hours with that 4k, at some point during the session FT shut itself down, when i went to log back i couldn't, even with new/requested password. Looked in Stars cashier and the money i had been using to play zoom with has now been taken back.

Maybe you guys should have waited a few more days until things are running smoothly over there? You waited for over a year , what's a few more days? It's not like ftp is the only site out there anyway.

like said before, I tried to transfer 4 figs from Tilt to Stars and cant login in to FTM atm ... obviously I didnt receive my transfer yet

I have the same password issua like the others

Anyone had their mid-year iron man bonus? I've received neither that nor my deal me in bonus. When selecting 'requests>check bonus offers' I'm informed I have no bonus offers available. Still waiting for reply from support, ~4 hrs now.

Transfer from PS to FTP was instant however.

Exactly the same here. Also transferred a 4 figures amount to Stars ... was happy playing on FT, saw my funds on Stars, all looked good.

Out of the sudden got kicked out, can't log in anymore and my transferred funds on Stars got removed

E-mailed support ..

I transfered a low 4fig from ftp to stars and the now money is missing (like so many others) so I sent an email and got this:

Oh.... no "new" info, I meant, I still have the original withdrawal/processing e-mails from over a year ago, to show them if necessary.

I haven't heard anything yet about the balances, I decided to tackle the login/can't play issue first and then bomb them with all the specific account amounts in a follow up.

I keep getting "We cant offer you to deposit real money since we are unable to offer you real money play" wtf, and they dont answer email. I am in Honduras. And the funny thing is i have 1$ in my account and i can play it with no problem
