Hello everyone,

About my Account I received my account information two days ago and they sent me my cashier and point balance. I had five figures in my account but the balance they sent me was missing $4,000. I had two cheques pending cashout, for $2,000 each, when Full Tilt poker shut down. The cheques were NEVER processed, I never received an e-mail indicating they were processed, and I never received a single cheque. I was online upto 8 hours prior to shutdown and the cheques remained in 'processing' or 'pending' cashout status. I assumed that this would have been a simple correction for support but they stated that they will have to wait till relaunch to look into the issue.

Thread Purpose - I'm creating this thread because I'm assuming that support did not put the majority of players pending cashout funds back into their account and this is the thread to type down your missing funds. I think it is important we create this to ensure that the proper funds are placed back into our accounts and that we don't go unregonized.

I feel like this could also affect me as I had 14k pending in cashouts... 10k moneybookers and 2 2k checks

had 50k pending definitely hope theres no problems. i also never got the email to confirm information which was sent supposedely to every ROW player w mroe than $3500. pretty sure after 50k i had 3200ish...getting nervous

Just logged in and my pending cashout was fully returned and all ftp points are there

Which type of cashout was it if you don't mind me asking?

Anyone acces to their FTP bonus?
 

I am a Belgian player and just managed to pair my account to stars and got all my money back and the FTpoints were converted to FPP's.
Also got upgraded to platinum.
So, no FTP for me :(

I'm gonna use my points for the 150€ VIP reward bonusses. 15000 fpp's for 150€ is the best to get imo. There is almost no good stuff in the store for Belgian players. Stupid regulation! Can't buy any electronics. not even an mp3 player.

The only thing that I miss is my FTP midyear bonus.
Is there anyone who has acces to their bonus? Or will it perhaps be in the account on the 6th?

Direct bank transfer that was pending was returned when I saw my account balance today

I also had a pending withdraw for ~$1,000 and it has not been re-credited to my account. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they will be crediting accounts on Nov 6th, so I'm waiting until then to e-mail support. My withdraw method was having a check issued and mailed.

Since it seems like these problems are going to crop up now that people are starting to be able to view their FTP accounts, this is the ONE AND ONLY NVG thread for posting about your issues regarding FTP balances, lost funds, bounced or never issued checks, and any other complaint regarding FTP accounts/balances.

Have my balance (Hulkdieturk) a shy of $20k short.. at $6,7k right now and was around $26,5k before the end of June 2011.

Have you guys tried to change password?

After filling all 3 boxes (rsa, new pw, confirm new pw), it ask me to fill old pw box what i do not have? Small problem, but am i only one with this problem?

Edit: Asking to specify the old correct password. How?

USA player able to log in, but see 0$ account balance and a point amount that seems relatively right in my mind (albeit I think low?)
