So as long as one can profit from someone else's clearly unethical activity (multi-accounting in this case), it stops being a problem??

Not arguing btw. Just curious where people stand on this

What do you mean by "nose bleeds pay very little rake." btw? Would they not pay the max amount of rake that the site has? It may not be very much % wise, but I'd assume its $ figure wise maxed out. I don't know honestly so that's why I ask.
check out the following pre-blackFriday hands. Rake is at the bottom of each.
Highstakes and Headsup had extremely low capped rake pre BF on FTP. Not sure of changes now with FTP2.

Pretty much. Is it ethical for sites like PTR to exist?

To give you a real answer, I don't see anything wrong with M/A as long as it doesn't involve you playing the accounts at the same time.

The reason multi-accounting is unethical is it unfairly takes money from people. If 100% of the people he plays against are ok with his multi-accounting (and it's ****ing nosebleeds not like it's a big enough player pool for it not to be known instantly) then there's no reason it's unethical. The reason MAing is illegal generally is the victims that it steals ev from. Maybe they give action to someone they wouldn't play otherwise or are playing a game readless when the opponent has reads on them. But when all the potential victims are ok with it there cease to be victims and there's no reason to enforce those rules.

pretty sure klink could get enough people to buy pieces (I'd buy a piece) if durrrr wanted to play stakes that were too high for him. But Durrrr's not exactly known for finishing matches...

o and re: jungle... the challenge will finish (and i think pretty soon); obviously its taken much longer than it should've, although i do think it was fair for me to prioritize macau over the challenge (10x the stakes etc.). once ftp went down i communicated with jungle on what i thought was right/fair the whole time and always was open to everything he said. he sent me angry texts a bunch of times but once we'd start discussing he'd always end up saying i was being fair or fair enough or w/e (i didn't wanna move the challenge to another site until ftp was sold or didn't sell b/c it hurt the asset value).

tom in all seriousness, do you feel rusty at HUNL and/or multitabling tough opponents online?

Look forward to it. Always nice to have some good action to watch as I sit in the Merge & Lock lobby's for hours on end with zero action.

Play Obama HUNL+2 cards for regulation? You lose you give them a milly for the deficit. You win I can play on FTP again. I'm sure he's VPNing laughing at us all though..

Let us not forget Durandal who chose this abortion of a thread for his coming out party after 7 years of silence. Durrrr set the record straight, but Durandal won the thread. He's a hero in my book.

durrrr ego ITT. Be more specific about what stakes and how many hands you are willing to play in a reasonable time frame (say, 3 months)

I'm curious, what is stopping you from playing now?
