Isn't this damning evidence that could send all these people to jail?
First step is to wait for a response from the NGCB to my e-mail letter.
However, there is nothing stopping others from contacting them on this issue as well. Just be polite and to the point: the founders of Iovation, which is providing services to UP, have direct connections to the UB scandal. I don't think it is appropriate at this point to ask the NGCB to investigate the UB scandal itself as that is not directly within their mandate. It may come eventually however as part of any background investigation they launch as regards their licensing of CAMS, LLC (and Iovation).
There will also be an opportunity to bring the Iovation issue up at the NGCB public hearing that will follow the UP 30-day trial. I am monitoring the NGCB web site for an announcement of the date and time. It may be part of their first June meeting on the 5th & 6th in Carson City.
E-mails directly to UP on player concerns regarding Iovation would also be in order.
And media coverage, like what is being suggested here, could help as well.
