I disagree with this. Yes its the DOJ taking a long time to pay which sucks. But It was FTP actions and piss poor Management that has our money in the DOJ's hands. Had FTP had a competent CEO and BOD they would have had the cash on hand and paid us back in a timely man like PS its customers, been able to keep there company and continue to make money.
They didn't and now we pay the price for having to wait for out government to work through this which is obviously going to be painfully slow. It just is.
I don't want to say TY doj for stepping in but honestly had they not we might have literally ended up with .01 per dollar or worse in UB/AP type spot.
I think the most frustrating part is and always has been the lack of any
communication.
