If I remember correct there was another thread started on this subject about two hours earlier today. Thats right. Lizzy Harrison.

About three weeks ago I was playing a tournament at the Borgata. A gentleman who looked like Joe Torre was talking about how his niece was a poker announcer.

I asked him who he or she was and he responded, "Lizzy Harrison".

Couple of facts about her from this gentleman:
-Lizzy found the job as a poker announcer for Cardplayer on craigslist.

-Lizzy was a NYU graduate with straight A's. Cardplayer posted an ad on craigslist for a bright individual who had experience with poker and broadcasting to which Lizzy had knowledge in both fields.

-Cardplayer flew Lizzy to Nevada during a WPT and tested her by having her interview Mike Matusow. Before the interview, Cardplayer asked Mike to purposely be rude to her to test her temperament. Mike did just that by running straight into her and knocking her down to the ground to which she shrugged it off, stood up and commenced the interview with Mike. Cardplayer hired her on the spot. [The first thing that popped up in my mind when I heard this was the peanut mascot during I believe the 2007 WSOP when Mike knocked him down, but I doubt that was Lizzy]

-Lizzy has a boyfriend and they have a house in Nevada.

I'm pretty sure Lizzy is married now - there was a video with BarryG during the WSOP where she mentions that she's married and Barry says "Oh, I guess we have to behave in this one." or something along those lines.
