  1. Download the FTP client (yes you can still login even though you can't play)
  2. In the menubar:
    Requests > Account Hisstory ...(Web)
  3. There, you can fill out what you want sent to you (I would select everything)
  4. Make sure you provide the widest of date ranges so you dont miss anything
  5. It'll be emailed to you in a bunch of hours in an xls format. If you don't have excel you can open it with google docs (which is free)

Good luck

So for those of us who were fortunate enough to have filled out all the information, had the right account balance when we put it in, and got the confirmation email, what's the next step?

Wait for an update from them via email that our petitions are approved? Check the claims website for updates? Or just wait until this November 16th date they are talking about when the remission process is over?

I just wanna make sure I don't have anything else that I have to do in order to get this finalized.

Apparently I have 2? Lol. My money is on the original account I made in summer 2006 but when I entered the petition number it opened up a username I made to "reset my sharkscope stats" also in 2006. I recall them saying sorry guy you can't do that and closing it but that's what the petition linked to.

Hopefully the approval process doesn't take years.
i sort of feel like it wont. If they have all this info on file, their records must be pretty accurate.

I FILED MY PETITION. Balance finally showed up after I filled out some basic info and ssn. When they showed the balance it asked if I wanted to confirm, I clicked yes and that was it. They did not ask for bank info or anything like it, it took me back to original page and that was it. This happen to anyone else?? I am stoked!!!

If your Petition Number: xxxxxxx doesn't work ad a zero in front of it.

Also, I had a score 2 days after Black Friday and it was included.

Yes this happened to me and therefore didn't go through. If you didn't get a confirmation email nearly immediately, it didn't go through.

I went through the whole process again, and this time it took me to entering my bank info and when I did all of that, I got a different ending page and a confirmation email.

No confirmation email? I'd say it didn't go through.

What type of information are they asking for in regards on wiring the money? SS #, Bank Routing Number, ect..?
09-18-2013 , 04:07 PM
When you guys confirm your balance, is it saying 'confirm your balance' or 'confirm what $ cheque we'll send?'
09-18-2013 , 04:07 PM
Okay, so I'm an in limbo fund guy with four requests (both wire transfers and checks) that never came through. I just waited on the phone for 40 minutes and spoke to them about what supporting documents we should be attaching. Here is the list:

Complete unaltered copies of canceled checks
Wire transfers
Bank or credit statements
Similar official transaction records

Each of these should contain:

The account holders name
The date
Transaction description
The amount and the financial institution information

This should be fun.

Happened to me too, you need to log back in and put in your bank info. Make sure you get a confirmation email at the end.

this seems like something went wrong, after confirming your balance it should have asked you for bank account/routing# info then asked you to sign a disclaimer..

Inn 90 percent mine is 10k short...
09-18-2013 , 04:11 PM
Mods please combines these threads into just one.

The good thing is, is that the money made post the 15th has been credited to my account. The bad thing is is my account is thousands of dollars short due to a withdrawal i made on the 15th of April.
I am sure many here are in the same boat as I am.

GCG is asking for documentation to back up our claims.

What would the best way be to handle this? Sending a snapshot of the XL spread sheet, emails with fulltilt support about how we never received these limbo funds, screen shot of our past transaction in FTP cashier. Any other suggestions?

How long have people been waiting for confirmation emails? It's been about 30 minutes. Their servers could be heavily loaded, but 30 minutes is a long time for a confirmation email, no?
09-18-2013 , 04:11 PM
Balance was correct. Put in bank info, and agreed to disclaimer. Got email with confirmation. Still nervous about the whole not eligible if you didn't deposit thing. Guess it's time to wait and see.

They asked me for electronic bank information and also a terms and conditions like screen asking for a signature and then I got a confirmation email.

As others have said, you probably want to try again if you didn't go through all those steps.
09-18-2013 , 04:11 PM
Make sure you get a confirmation email after it is completed or it didn't go through. And that confirmation email should show up instantly.
09-18-2013 , 04:12 PM
Filed. Quick and easy. Got confirmation in less than two min
