Havent got my email yet. Concerned that I originally setup my FTP with an email account that I cant access (old university email), but a while ago switched to a very secure gmail that I only used for FTP. Im really hoping my email goes to the current email address on file w FTP and not the original email I have no idea how to access.

You can contact GCG and change the address.

Good grief
I had the info well before it was posted here. I was seeking to verify it prior to posting. Not sure why that's such a big deal.

No email yet.
More likely they are doing it by state or zip code rather than alphabetically.

Anyone from California got theirs yet?

I'd like mine to confirm that they have my records, that I'm "qualified" to apply for remission, etc. I don't need it until Wednesday, but I'll be relieved as soon as I receive it. I assume many here feel this way.

III. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a payment from the FTP Fund, you must satisfy certain eligibility criteria described below. Those criteria include the following:

You must be a U.S. citizen or you must have resided in the United States at the time of playing on the FTP gaming site.

You did not receive compensation as a foreign FTP player in connection with the PokerStars Settlement.

You must have deposited funds into an account with FTP.

Your account with FTP must reflect a balance owed by FTP to you as of April 15, 2011.

You are excluded from participation in the remission process if you are:

Is this somehow claiming that those whose accounts were originally funded by freeroll or player transfer but didn't officially deposit on the site are going to somehow be ineligible? Obviously that would be completely insane and there has been much confusion over how people use the word 'deposit' outside of the poker world, but let's clear this up and hopefully get the answers everyone expects. Just feels like you can never be 100% sure until this is all over.

I guess we're all just really hesitant to use logic here given what people have been through. But do you have any idea how many HS players have funded their account by player transfers? I mean tons of people have done this. Winners, losers, anyone. If you knew someone on the site it would be easier to get money that way than another method.

the most disturbing thing is if you have any account balance disputes you have to prove it with bank statements when all they need to do is match it up with the excel file we all requested from FTP cashier. how is that gonna help? no hand histories but statements? so if they say we're owed $30k but in actuality it's $50k, we have to show them that we made a $20k deposit through our bank records?

A poker player I know IRL who bragged/laughed about his Full Tilt deposits not getting deducted from his bank account just told me he got an email. Wouldn't that be something if him or people like him got his money back? Sheesh ... :/

I guess everyone gets the email, but still the thought of it is tilting.
