Got my letter today, but the payoff amount was way off in what I was disputing. I wrote a letter back asking how I go about appealing this decision for paying pennies on the dollar.

I claimed $6600 ($2100 in account + two BF check cashouts of $2500 and $2000 that never went anywhere), and I'm getting $2988. After being on hold for 10 minutes and hearing a nice piano rendition of Ellie Goulding's "On My Mind," I talked to who I think was Walter C. He basically just took down my information and forwarded it over to a "case specialist," who will get back to me later. Meh.

Mine was in my junk folder. I got the full amount. I had five figures and they originally wanted to give nothing because of the large amount of rakeback over the years. Thanks wilt. I followed your directions and got it all, including four bounced/missing checks. (New York)

No email here. Was told I was declined about 8-9 months ago due to being an affiliate. I disrupted and gave all of the documentation. Doubt I ever see a penny of it and if I do they will make Hangover 4 about my next Vegas trip.

Still no email, but I've spoken with Chris in the last couple months and have received verification that I would be paid in full, and my banking info is verified.. that's why I'm curious if some emails still haven't been sent yet. Considering how this process has went the last few years, it will be hard to rest easy until the funds are cleared in my banking account.

I was approved over a month ago when they announced the next wave. Still nothing in my bank but I received this email yesterday:

Received the email that my petition has been approved by I needed to update banking info. Where do you see the amount that you are getting?

Fml. Just called Christopher and he's on 4 weeks of vacation starting today.

Got same email, updated my banking info (the account number changed, although I thought the old one would still work), and was told a check would be issued in about three weeks if test deposit didn't work.

I was told about a month ago I would be paid in full. If you email them directly and ask, they should tell you what you're getting paid.

I called and talked to a CS rep and she said she couldn't see my amount. That worries me, but she said I am in the group to be paid next. We will see what happens.

So someone called me back after I called in yesterday asking for more information on why my approved amount was so much lower.

She mentioned how much Full Tilt claimed my balance was (actually much higher than my player account history shows), and after the amount I claimed was rakeback, the $2988 I'm approved for is what's left over. I'm really not sure what's going on here. The supposed account amount from FTP, minus the rakeback I claimed, does not equal $2988 (although it's within a few thousand). Perhaps for the others who are off, this situation will be similar.

I just have no idea where FTP's number came from or how they interpreted my numbers, so this is difficult to even start with. I asked for more information, and she really didn't have much to give me (just confirmed that they did have the documents I originally sent in).

She said I'll have to email info at fulltiltpokerclaims with my dispute. Then they will forward that to the DOJ. To be honest, I'm unclear if my original email should include the documentation to make my case, because she said something about the DOJ then contacting me with what they would need. But I'll include everything anyways. It probably doesn't even matter because I can't provide any new details as I can't make sense of how they came to that amount. Seems like this won't be ending anytime soon for some of us

Got paid today -pending deposit showed up- New York - USAA bank

So I've made a little progress reverse engineering why I may have been approved what I was.

I'll be honest with the numbers in case it helps others or others can chime in similar spots. They approved me for $2988. I had claimed $6,600; $2,100 in my account (a step 6 WSOP ticket that was redeemed as cash by FTP after Black Friday) and $4,500 from two BF cashouts.

The lady on the phone today said FTP said I had a balance of $17,667.65. The total rakeback payments I received under "Affiliate to Player Transfer" from raketherake was $16,155.65. If you subtract $16,155.65 and $4,500 from 17,667.65, you arrive at -2988.

I'm not sure why the $2,100 that's actually in the account wouldn't come into play, and why $17,667.65 would be my account balance. My only theory at this point is the lady was trying to refer to what FTP is saying my affiliate payment totals were with $17,667.65. The difference between what I claim as rakeback and $17,667.65, subtracted from $4,500, is what they approved. I don't see anything in my history that could be interpreted as affiliate payments outside of rakeback, but who knows.

Anyways, it's just a theory. I could be totally wrong.

Got approved for the entire balance. Here is the email, if you had to submit updated account info this probably applies to you. However, the first email said they would mail a check on Dec 21st if I hadn't updated the bank info.

Once the deadline of December 21, 2016 is reached, bank account testing will occur for those players who submitted updated account information and all payments, whether ACH or check will be sent together once the testing is complete. If the information is determined to be incorrect, a check will be sent to the mailing address that you provided with your Petition. We do not have a date for the issuance of your payment as of yet, however, we anticipate payment to be issued by end of January 2017.
