FTP claims site was updated yesterday, did anyone get a direct contact on when they expect payments to go out for this wave or if they are included?

I noticed the number of total petitions paid only went from 92% to 94%, which makes me worry there is at least one and possibly 2-3 more waves.

I disputed my balance (was about 10% off) a while back, wish I took it in hindsight.

I'm a disputed affiliate, I did receive an email a few months ago to sort out the balance I was claiming. At the time Chris said he was preparing for the next wave but did not give me a time frame. Hopefully something good will come of the latest notice.

I just got off the phone with Christopher. He said affiliates will not be in this batch, but they will for sure be in the following batch that is sent to the DOJ. Based on my conversation with him, it looks like they are calculating the rakeback amounts correctly (how I described on my blog several years ago), so if you followed that process you should be in good shape.

Understandably he was hesitant to give any kind of timeline, but I asked if he thought we might get our money by this summer and he said he would guess before then.

Anyone willing to PM me Chris's number?

I'm a disputed 'affiliate', but GCG sent me an email in November giving me an exact figure what I would be paid, which was pretty much what I disputed give or take a few dollars. The original disputed amount was around 10% less, so I'm assuming some effort was done in personally reviewing my dispute and coming up with a finalized dollar amount.

I did not speak with Chris but have several times in the past. I got the information via email which have been providing me the same information that I receive from Chris.

Just received an email that I will see this final additional $300 in my account. I shot a simple email about it back in late November. Received a couple voice mails but was too busy to connect with a real person.

I didn't really take effort to follow up and magically have a surprise coming. Hopefully this means some affiliates and others will get updates now as well.
