Has anyone else not gotten paid? I have a horse who had an approved disputed amount for around $800 and he says he still has not gotten anything. He was not an affiliate. Advice?

No banking info; bad banking info (e.g. test didn't work); or check requested by person.

I talked with Christopher today and he said that none of the people with a zero balance have been paid. So if you hit the panic withdraw button on BF like I did, you don't have your money according to him.

He also said that he expects the next wave to happen in 4 to 6 months and to call him back in February to get a better estimate.

Got a call from Chris today about affiliates. Basically he said we will be submitted to the DOJ soon for their ruling on exactly how much money will come out of our account from affiliate funds.

Based on the email I posted earlier ITT, I re-submitted my claim for the full amount. So if you're an "affiliate" who had their rakeback removed, and you subsequently used my instructions to file your claim based on (Total Balance) - (Affiliate Payments) then you might consider re-submitting with the entire balance amount. I reiterated my concern that the DOJ would go back to the original formula (balance - affiliate - rakeback) but he said not to worry about it and claiming the entire amount is the best way to go.

He said after they submit the affiliate group, it will be 3-4 months to get a ruling from the DOJ. Hopefully they will submit this group in the next 1-2 months. So this is the updated timeline for us.

I remember trying to use your formula but I think I ended up just going with balance + all affiliate payments and rakeback. So I should be okay?

When you say balance do you mean your FTP balance on BF or do you mean the balance GCG originally gave you? Unless you had some other circumstances like missing withdraws or something I'm not thinking of, claiming FTP balance = GCG balance + all affiliate payments + rakeback

I talked to Chris today. Seems like they sent the affiliate disputes to DOJ and they are looking it over now. He told me I should be good as a mislabeled affiliate. I said 90-95 percent chance i get paid? And he said yeah he thinks so, that he wouldnt worry and to call back in 3-4 weeks, or hed call with news
