I've been told I was in the next group of payments for the past 1.5 years

Since then, it's been a constant "sorry, DOJ is delaying us sending out payments " every 6 months.

I disputed a balance and got the same email as above about Nov pmt , but I'm not holding my breath since they've been slow rolling me for a Lonnng time

I get the fleeting suspicion that the law group is just "holding" onto our money much longer than necessary

Anything on this? Thanks.

Pretty sure you are SOL and missed the deadline. You can try contacting them and see if they will allow a late petition but you are almost certainly wasting your time.

I just got the same call. I called back and got a personal voice mailbox. His name is Chris. He knew that I wrote an email last week. I am not going to give any personal information to him via phone. Can anyone confirm that this person is legit?

Yes legit. He is who you should have been talking to for the past year or so. He's going to be able to confirm your bank name, acct numbers, amount requested all that good stuff

I've been informed I'm in this wave (disputed balance from early Feb. withdrawal that never reached me -- had to send in a few months of bank statements when I inquired about this in June).

there was just another update to the website, a one sentence blurb that says no more petitions will be accepted after 10/31/15

After calling to get updated info on my claim, received a call back from Chris. He asked me to verify my claim total and bank account information. He believes the DOJ will be requesting info from false affiliates soon for the next round of payments which could be happening in January.

Although he gave me no concrete info, this is the most positive reaction I have received regarding my claim.

The email response and what they told me a couple days ago via phone. Is now expecting November 2015. No longer early November.


A lady called and let me know they were still waiting for doj to disperse them funds

How long before payment have they been doing test deposits?

Just got off the phone with Chris Yakoob from GCG. They have received the money from the DOJ 2 days ago for this round of payments and are going to start doing the test deposits in the next couple days. It will take around 10 days for the full refund to hit your account if the test deposits go through okay he said. So good news. We should be paid out for this wave in the next 2 weeks he said. At least they have the money from DOJ now too.
