The last hearing they gave 14 days notice to the public.

They have said in their last statement that they will inform of a place and time but their regulations give them 7 days to inform the operator, no mention is given of notice for other parties.

Pray that they reopen without enough liquid to handle the run of cashouts that will occur?

I pray that fulltilt demonstrates to the Committee defined a potential deal with the new investor in order to regain his license and go back online as soon as possible ... I think more 'offline and spend more days' fulltilt dies permanently.

An infusion of cash from investors or somewhere is the only answer. It's not looking good, but until FTP formally gives up, there remains a chance. Guess we all will have to wait and see, and that's easy for someone like me, who's not facing a big loss, to say!

Alright, the Mycology bashing has gone on long enough now; his opinion has been thoroughly dismantled, so please stop beating a dead horse.

Also, stop commenting/nitpicking the manner in which others post. That's like the fourth time I or Noah have mentioned that attacking other posters just because you don't like their message or the way they type it (rather than debating the merits of their statement/opinion) is derailing and makes the thread difficult to read.

So knock it off.

Subject: Qestion regarding Full Tilt Poker

Hello,

I have seen your posts on 2+2 forum. I have just one question. Do you
know will the FTP pay the players atleast some percentage if they won't
have money for restoring the company?

Thank you,

xxxx

The majority of people ITT have money locked on FTP/can't play poker, and hence are very frustrated by the current situation. They channel their frustrations in stupid ways without realising it (I have done this a couple of times). So I think a bit of heavy handed Moderation is needed so the thread doesn't completely derail into angry waffling blabbery.

@oneonth3run

Jeff stated that to me also.

Are you still in contact with your sources or just making assumptions? Iirc you said something about giving up the whole FTP thing since you wanted to focus on other things.

Have also contacted Jeff asking if they are focussing their efforts at the moment on one particular investor, or still actively negotiating with the 3 mentioned before. I doubt we'll get the response we want, but no harm in asking.

No not a rumour, he has asked for permission to step down from the case. As far as I know, he hasn't been approved by the Court to be withdrawn yet.

If you have a company big enough to have a direct account with one of the cras, Its easy to get an SSN with the info on the DL. Its right there on your credit report when they pull it.

Maybe it was not case of "we MIGHT not get paid" but case of "we WILL not get paid"?

Would be pretty unreasonable to expect lawfirm to represent company to the point of lawfirm going busto from expenses if there's no payment from the represented company coming ever...

Full tilt sure doesn't seem to be having that much money with them ATM...

Also maybe Full Tilt lied flatout to the lawyers in some critical way that makes the case bloody impossible and breaks contract between lawyer firm and FT(ie information was of the nature that should have been told from the get-go). Dunno. Just a thought.

Me: Hey Jeff, Any news on that investor who was speaking to Ray?

Jeff: Nothing yet.

Me: Ok thanks. BTW, although you probably know already, it’s just come out on Subject:Poker about you asking for permission to step down in the class action lawsuit.

Jeff: Yes I saw that. The post about me choosing life is hysterical. Best post I ever read.

Me: So you can’t stop reading the forums eh.

Jeff: People send me stuff. I try not to read too much. I am trying to work with Ray to get a deal done.

Who is ray?

Would it not make sense at this point to offer players ownership in Full Tilt in addition to a percentage return of funds with a new investor taking over company? Of course that would have to include a whole new ownership and old guard booted. It would give new investors some sought of confidence that a % of players will stay on FT(of course Americans still cant play) and they will not have to come up with 100% of players funds return.

This probably is the best solution right now for all given the amount of time and ill will that has been created. The black hole has been created by Bitar and his cronies and it needs to be closed.

Also it is time for FT to release their revenue and earnings the past 2 years so we can get a grip on their claims. I want to understand what happened to the money they made versus their claims of undeposited funds(chargebacks) and the piggy bank that was used by the cast of characters involved. Until they do this, the whole story is a bunch of BS and should not be believed. We are entitled and MUST demand to see the balance sheet already and where our $$$ is.
