They paid this money to try and avoid a bigger suit or at least make themselves look remorseful. But I'd be surprised if this guy didn't win a way bigger case then this against the epic poker tour

also, he attempted to racially insult me on the podcast by using a terrible mexican accent and implying something about how i should know how jail works based on my last name alone, so that kind of made me feel a bit more ill will towards him

There's no way in hell Epic won't have to reimburse the Palms for the $18500.

Kudos to the NGCB for doing the right thing and awarding DiVita the money the Epic Poker League stole from him.
