I don't think you understand bankruptcy and often and easily it is exploited. This is a cash business, it wouldn't be hard at all for him to declare bankruptcy while keeping a huge wad of cash hidden, in fact, if he's the scumbag that he appears to be, it's the perfect way of avoiding paying people.

Yeah I would think that declaring bankruptcy would be more of a new school move. Odd coming from a guy who lives and breathes the classic and timeless old school way of handling debts.

I love how Erick has owed millions to random people over the years and nothing is ever said, however once he owes $100,000 to the 2+2 community everyone knows hes a POS and the second search term under "Erick Lindgren" brings up this thread explaining how he is broke and a stiff.

Given that he's apparently already being looked at for tax evasion, I doubt the IRS is going to turn a blind eye to undeclared income when he does start tapping into the cash that he has stashed away.

I think it's also very unlikely anyone (except perhaps Daniel) will stake him if he declares bankruptcy to wipe away the personal loans from previous stakers. Fool me once, etc.

Combine that with the fact that he's still a complete degen, I don't see sunny days in his future, bankruptcy or not, unless something major changes in his life.

Something I don't know the answer to, but it's an interesting conjecture... if the federal government or personal creditors get an order of garnishment of wages on someone, they get a piece of your wages before you ever see it. Similar to how child support payments are deducted before the employee ever sees a dime.

I wonder if there's any way the cages @ various casinos could be put on notice by the feds to garnish any winnings?
