i haven't ignored the nda- the justice dept has made everything i knew public. what good would it have done to say i have an nda and not say anything about it except scare ppl that the situation was worse than it actually was.

also i doubt other people who weren't owners would've had an nda, or even known much info- ftp was ridiculously tightlipped and the only reason i knew is because i was good friends w/ people who looked at buying the company.

Anyone who wore FTP patches is used to (and should have expected) some abuse from the players obv, whether deserved or not. The natives are restless, and the lynch mob will always want to see some blood spilled...

Tom its time now and say everything you know. Who in your opinion are good guys or bad guys and stuff. You owe it to the poker community to come out and say everything you know.

First off, this is not a crime. The money he has from full tilt is not 'larceny by finding' as in the example u give.

Second, calling someone an idiot for not believing that Tom is going to hand over a million dollars (due to no legal obligation) - is a little harsh.

Just spoke with a class-action lawyer friend of mine. He says he believes that Durr's guarantee is enough to add him to a class action lawsuit by RofW players (they do not have the same taint as US players playing against, arguably, US law) against the FT crew, even if he did not take any money out of FT beyond his sponsorships. Wait and see.

In the interim, he really should stop posting for his own sake as his words will be used against him.

there will be no (or as little as possible) preferential treatment. whether it be to people who pm me or ask in person or w/e, everyone deserves a fair shake. if there a good and seemingly trustworthy (I'm really good at evaluating the trustworthy-ness of organizations ) liquidator i'd give the $$ to them, if not i'd probably do a 2p2 poll unless i personally thought that 1 option was vastly superior to the rest, but i would pay the same cost in every option (all the $$ i was paid). likely would need to be a lottery of some sort (if not a huge amnt of the $$ would go to payment processing)

galfond and i said hanukkah 2012 (I'm not jewish but do like dradels). likely it'd be way before then, but I'm not gonna take the chance (or at least not when the chance seems high) of getting free rolled and paying people back only to have ftp pay out later (i wouldn't like my chances of collecting). i still think the chance is non-zero (over 10%) although its getting much closer to a number that I'm willing to pay out anyway.

durrrr's been one of the most legit people out there since the beginning of it all imo. he seems to care and has done some stuff and talked with the community which is more than most people so props to him.

Suggestion if FTP doesn't pay:
1. Durrr gets list of all FTP accounts
2. Durrr and Phil Galfond start new poker site with the 2 million and other money of course
3. Give all non-USA players 100% rakeback until they are paid off
4. Give all USA players some kind of stock dividends that expire when they are paid off
5. ?
6. Profit
