There were a bunch of pros who borrowed a lot from FT and never cared to pay that back despite knowing it came stolen from other players that mostly got away with it too. The AP/UB guys mostly got away with it too (poker community barely cared about that and none of those got paid back that I'm aware of). and a bunch of other sites and pros **** all of them.

Thievery is too common in the poker realm so I guess that's why some are defending them so hard. The he screwed you over so what get over it mantra has always baffled me though. Why do you want all of them to get away with it?

Ferguson isn't gonna say anything obviously, since it just brings that back into news/spotlight. Nobody is gonna believe him anyway and he probably doesn't care anyway whatever.

I found it fairly interesting when he was at my table in the turbo today, he sits down and a gentleman around 55 yrs old says "Mr. Ferguson, it's a pleasure to play with you, out of all the famous pros, you are my favorite." He reiterated this statement a minute or so later. Obviously Johnny Public has no clue about FT and figure he's just been playing here the whole time. Upon hearing this, a few younger players in the know shot awkward glances around the table, the tension was palpable.

Quite a contrast from since the last time I played with him, I had him all in 6 years ago in a 1.5K at the series, it was day 1 and we were nowhere near the money, but the floor had us both keep our cards face down for like fifteen minutes while 3 cameras were corralled to film the action and his reaction. This time he bled down to 3 bb's, busted and walked off.

ESPN was getting filler shots of all the Full Tilt heroes, like I said, it took them 15 minutes to go get the cameramen to film it. Day 1 of a 1.5K, about 5 hours in. Everyone at the table was pretty tilted they had to wait while the clock ticked on, but they were like "nothing we can do, it's Jesus". And btw, ESPN did whatever the F they wanted back then, they would film a hand and someone would fold and the ESPN crew would just flip over the folded hand and state they could do whatever they want for the production and the FT guys were solid gold for TV.

It's a wonder Ferguson has the balls to show up....what with those Young pros getting stuck into him with their exchanged awkward glances and all
