And what of the AP/UB bank account balances seized...do we know how much those contained, and is there any chance of that money getting used to repay, even in part, AP/UB player balances?

DoJ seized Cereus "assets" which weren't much at all. Players will get a few pennies on the dollar if anything, and not for several years. Face it, our money is gone guys.

What about all the money they seized from cereus bank accounts from 2006-2011? That has to be an amount close to what is owed to us. It seemed like every other month back in the day they were shutting down bank accounts and seizing money.

How come the government was able to seize FTP money, but not UB money?

I believe they did seize something, but it wasn't close to being enough. Over the past 8 years of them seizing UB payment processing accounts, I'm sure they've taken more than enough to pay us back but apparently they won't use that money.

The last ditch effort shot of us ever seeing anything is if the DOJ uses the fine money from stars/ft to pay us back. Some people have talked to them about it and they said it wasn't out of the question, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
