Thats what they did since Friday they 've told me twice you will have it in 12/48 hours. At least now they figure it out they cant say that anymore so its no time frame but the matter is fact there isnt even one single cashout fulltilt just started to pay out only few options (bank transfer and visa card)
stars they pay as well Is it matter what ab/ub is going to say if they simply dont pay out?

Non-us players can definitely cash-out, but I have not heard of anyone receiving funds yet. They are definitely processing, but my assumption is there is a huge request for funds and there's going to be delays just like on ftp and stars.

Nothing changed for me from Saturday as far as I can see. I have one payout from Thursday that's been "authorised" since Saturday and another staying "requested" for 4 days now.

UB finally released some sort of statement..

unfortunately nothing in it says that our funds are secure.

actually it might not be a statement

but there was an update for UB software and after you log in some message popped up about it..

heres what it says :

Import Player Update from UB

As you may be aware, we have suspended real money activity for online players based in the US due to legal developments. Players located outside the US are not affected by these developments, and they can continue to access and play in our poker room.

The UB website has been moved to www.ubpoker.eu, and our support email address is now support@ub.net We ask for your patience as we endeavor to attend to all player enquires.

We apologize for any inconvenience or concer caused by these circumstances. We will update you as soon as possible.

Clearly there staff at UB are just incompetent and all say something different. I was on support just 2 hours ago and I was told although my payment had been authorized that it has been placed on hold like all payouts as none are going through. He then said the best thing to do was to cancel my payout and this is what he done....money now back in my ub account this after having it authorized. So there are no delays, they simply are not going through.

ok so im sure this has been asked and answered several times so im sorry but they now have the pop up when you log into ap that says they arnt offering real money etc but you can still sit and play. is it safe to play legally? is it just a glitch that they will have blocked soon so i should just enjoy my last few hands? are they just saying screw the gov were gunna let our players play or what?
