Can we discuss Cereus specifically? Can we discuss Cereus specifically?

Oh wait, now you are having problems with cereus and a 250/500 payout restriction, that REALLY is so much more tragic...

Thankfully that isn't the case. Plenty of people - with and without vested financial interest - have cared so much they have dug up more and more dirt on them. Then there was more dirt, and then some more, and then, well you get the picture.

f UB. f AP. f the Kahnawake 'gaming commission'. They are everything that is wrong with online poker and i'll be glad if they go away. It was proven that we as a community couldn't get rid of them - if this is what it takes then so be it. It's for the greater good in the long run.

As I've stated before, I want you to get your money back. I don't believe you deserve financial punishment for playing there, I think the sweat has been punishment enough.
Yeah? Well mark my words, buddy. What's coming in terms of "regulation" in the US will make playing on UB seem like a dream in comparison.

Get ready for 10% non-capped rake and intrastate poker with up to 500 cash players during peak hours...woohoo!!!!

And forget about playing poker anywhere they believe that dinosaurs ruled the earth 6000 years ago, and that's quite a lot of places in this country...

Luckily I live in the UK and my main site is a very strong UK company that isn't going anywhere. I'll be watching from afar with no vested financial interest in this whole mess at all.

I hear you. I'm in Canada; left garbage land for an actual democracy and we're probably playing on the exact same site, but still...it'd be nice to be able to one day go home and work my craft where my family is without getting either raped or treated like a criminal by one of the most corrupt governments on the planet.

Still the same thoughts.

Got a reply today - positive in view of the timeframes to respond to my email.

However, they tell me my cashout was processed on 5th May.

This is correct if I were talking about my request from 22nd April. My request from 29th April is still Pending.

Why can't they just look at the account and it clearly shows an amount is pending? I even spelt it out for them

Incompetence / laziness / running out of excuses - I will let you decide.

However, I would err on the side of inefficiency. It does 'appear' that they are making an effort to pay.

Of course, this brings no comfort to those that have not receieved one Cashout - here I am moaning that I can't get my second. Sorry.

I just received an email from UB this morning.

"We regret to inform you that unfortunately MoneyBookers is no longer an available payout option. Your pending request was cancelled and the funds were placed back into your poker account. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please choose any of our other available payout methods for your next payout request. Thanks for your continued patience and support.

The UB Team"
My 2nd withdraw attempt after having 1 MB withdraw approved on the 12th.
05-16-2011 , 08:16 PM
Haven't people been saying for over a week to try using another method than MB?
05-16-2011 , 08:26 PM

I never received an email, but my MB request on AP for $250 (from Apr 27 lol) shows as being rejected today (May 16th), and the $ is back in my account. FU Cereus.

Same boat here. All other withdrawal options not available for me too.

I'm brazilian, how do I deal with check that's not the same currency of they are offering?
05-16-2011 , 11:16 PM
anyone know of a time frame for US players?
05-17-2011 , 02:08 AM
They have all deposit methods but for withdrawal you can use only checks. That shows that they don't have problems with payment systems and do this because of personal motives. Damn cheaters
05-17-2011 , 02:41 AM
Neteller withdrawal was pending almost 2 weeks, now authorized and received.
05-17-2011 , 02:53 AM
In my country I can only use moneybookers. Any kind souls with advice for me? I don't trust the cheque option too.
05-17-2011 , 03:10 AM
So now that moneybookers is gone, would it be a good idea to make a minimum VISA deposit and try withdrawing to that?

Good luck with that. I tried to make a deposit with my Visa card a couple of days ago like five times but it didn't work. I just got off the phone with my bank and they said they have no record of UB actually ever trying to process my deposit request.
