Noooo, afeter dark friday, in PS, Cashouts were sometimes instantly made; But in UB, the cashouts used to be quit exact. No more than 48 hrs. So, PS cloud be more quickly, althought UB never taked more than 48 hrs.

And before, UB was quit exact, but not quick as PS.

My background on the scandal is easily findable, as is yours. Since you are almost certain you were cheated and never got any money back, I have to assume you have funds on there now and really just want things to work out where you don't have to lose again. I get that, and I hope you and everyone else here is somehow made whole. In a perfect world, the DoJ would confiscate it all (Cereus, not Stars/Tilt), distribute player funds and shutter the sites but that is not likely.

But look, we've been saying for a long time the company has never satisfactorily explained the cheating, never reconciled the inconsistencies in the investigation, never provided a legitimate audit of the remuneration process and have stifled data release which would allow the guilty to be brought to justice. On top of that, the company was found to not be using current security standards last year and then the Keno RNG was found to not be random. They didn't deserve player trust. So, if you are in jeopardy, its kind of hard to have a great deal of empathy.

Funny you arguing with EG. Weren't you one of the players requesting their HH's from UB? Anyway, yes the site was reaping benefits by the anount of rake collected from the cheating accounts, the affected players. etc. Not to mention much of the time, the cheaters were actually owners of the site and benefited by overlay reduction, etc. I hate to sidetrack this discussion. These were not low-level employees who did the cheating.

I any event, I would venture to guess that UB/AP has problems moving forward with the DOJ b/c they offer Blackjack and other Casino Games. Since this company has never been transparent it would be just a guess by me that they claim they cannot play players b/c their funds were part of what the DOJ seized. Even if not, If I was a player with money tied up on Cereus, I would not trust the company to do the right thing and pay they players their balances, when it seem they can just walk on it. Just a guess with no knowledge, but given the past history, who knows.

Also, why wasn't Joe Norton named? He "bought" UB/AP when UIGEA hit. Yet it is former founders/owners/Montana Frat boys named? What about when Leggett and CO. say none of the former management were involved, but yet they are named in the indictment, post sale? So it seems TOM/Beckley were always involved all along.

Yeah it is, or just stop making pointless bet challenges. Nobody knows what is going to happen, we are only speculating based on history and current facts. That said, two prominent players have put a big chunk of change on the line guaranteeing payouts on Full Tilt, if Rez is super certain in the fellas as Cereus, he is free to make a guarantee instead of a prop designed to provide confidence in order to stave off a bank run.

It's all speculation. Perhaps I am overly optimistic because I have funds on there and more importantly would like to see at least one of the big 3 stick around. I guess if the money is lost, no one will be surprised. I've had more money stolen from me on pokerroom so I guess I am numb to it now, but I will be extremely surprised if we get stiffed.

Have just spoke to support and its bad news. When I asked if they can guarantee me I will see my money at any point in the future they apologised and said that they can not say either way. This is far from encouraging (I mean they didn't even lie) It was only 48 hours ago I received this e-mail:

So the fact they have changed what they are saying, and now can not confirm I will see my money again is extremely worrying.

I'm with you. We have continued with the investigaton in hopes of exposing the misdeeds such that a legal case might be able to fetch additional refunds against the cheating. Or that the company could be shamed via blatant contradiction into paying further to those who were likely not correctly compensated. If they go poof, that all goes out the window so I'm not hoping for that in any way. I just think it is in their (owners/founders) DNA to run based on their past.

of course they cant guarantee it.. would u rather them lie? just because they're not 100% sure doesn't mean there's not a good chance you'll still get your money.

How are US players still playing even after shutting/re-launching the client? I get message 'We could not establish connection to the server. Please contact our staff by sending an email to support@ub.com'

Probably people who haven't logged out yet. Same way people were playing FTP for a while after.

Are you on a mac? Mac client is not working for ap or ub. Hasn't been since friday

Sorry, I have another stupid question and sorry to ask but I'm just a worried player with most of my roll in UB.
Why is it that ftp and stars are able to cash out to non US but UB cannot? Is it because they are seriously thinking of stealing our money?
