Instant credibility boost to FTP 2. Why not have two brands? It seems natural.

Why? The main issue here is player funds being returned and Stars are clearly capable of doing that (without penalties). Anything that can be done to return funds to players is surely something to be happy about?

I've already told myself if Stars ever gets to operate in the U.S. again they have me as a customer for life. The way they handled U.S. players after Black Friday was great. If they managed to take over FT and get all the players their money back... wow!

cool. can't wait.

If true not good. PS monopoly would be a nightmare.

Yeah, but the downside of having a quasi-monopoly in the online poker market is not as big as the upside of having FTP back, with full solvency, in expectation, I believe.

Wtf I'm so confused.

How about we all get our money back first which is a guaranteed +EV event, then we can talk about whether a PS/FTP monopoly is good or not?

As a US player, I am certain that I would rather play on a monopoly than not play, so it can't be that bad for ROW.

As an American player with money on FTP, I respectfully disagree
04-24-2012 , 10:00 AM
I want my blackcard.
04-24-2012 , 10:01 AM
Wouldn't you think that buying FTP could potentially hurt PS chances of re-entering the US market?

(+ in on ground floor)
