This obviously makes it more difficult, and should earn him even more respect. However, I would like note that if did do any actual 20 minute miles, it is pretty difficult to do that WITHOUT walking.

Just reading the title I was saying to myself that's the dumbest bet ever because unless you're a very in shape, talented athlete the avg out of shape poker guy can't do this.(Of course me not knowing the guy is a college wrestler) I would've definitely bet against him and lost.

Yeah it's 24 hrs technically, but you're not using the entire 24hrs to run. I mean you gotta factor in rest, eating, bathroom time, etc. Plus trying to do this on absolutely zero sleep sucks. But you wouldn't think about that if you've never done anything physically challenging and just look down on people from the comfort of your home computer.
