There's been maybe one or two posts in the last 100+ posts over 3-4 days about the fold. The only negativity coming her way recently has been about the conflict of interest.

The staff know hundreds of players and well over the years, by even saying something like that the undermine all hard work and professionalism and pride the Wsop has of their staff. I can ASSURE you that no favoritism existed in my situation, or the floor wouldn't have also gone ahead and call the clock on me. We have a professional poker dealer school certified by the Board of Education. Because we train dealers the procedures the Wsop requires during the Wsop and all events and has found our academy to be one of effiecent in training their procedures therefore allowed us t use their trademark and we have worked so hard for that -
does not mean William got a penalty because he was in a hand w me. There are more to come for him in day 7 watch on Sunday and I was already knocked out days before
He just broke all the rules repeatedly and then when warned repeatedly about being quiet he refused. He disobeyed the head of the Wsop? That's why he got a penalty.
Paying 10 thousand myself to play and try and make history like everyone is my right. I don't work for Caesars? I work for our school. I respect the dialogue and confusion, please note that what you see on tv is edited for exciting tv and unless you're were there, almost impossible to make a clear justified opinion. Hope this clears it up for you , my best.

I am just catching up on watching the episodes. Not sure which episode it was (I think it was one of the two most recent shown last weekend), but I am fairly sure that Red Bull Robbie told Kassouf that he could not talk while the action was on another opponent.

So, in my humble opinion, Kassouf's "behavior" should be the focus. Not Stacy or any conflict of interest between her and Jack Effel (WSOP).

Thank you , agree.
His penalty had nothing to do with me personally ,
everything to do with if you agree with it or not.

Why would both topics not be up for discussion?

It is quite obvious there was a potential conflict of interest, and it would behoove all parties to acknowledge that rather than continue with this ridiculous deflection.

Caesar certainly owns a website with Stacy Matuson and Jack Effel's picture right next to one another, with a Caesars Entertainment logo on the bottom. That doesn't seem to be up for debate here, but your (Stacy's) first post in the thread was denying a connection while bagging on the poster that brought it up.

I've been very careful to separate the potential conflict of interest with the actual ruling, as I believe Bobo and Geezer have been. Yet, every single one of Stacy's posts conflate the two issues. None of them have made me feel any better about the person who trains the dealers and works directly with Jack Effel getting rulings from him in the Main Event.

He did indeed and as far as I can tell this isn't a rule. Norman Chad seemed surprised on the broadcast too.

This. And in my case, I actually agree with the ruling, but that doesn't change the fact that there is a conflict of interest here, unless Jack and Stacy don't know/work with each other.

And to clarify again, there being a conflict of interest doesn't mean the ruling was improper, but that doesn't have any impact on whether or not the conflict is worthy of discussion.

However, becoming part of the official training dealer school I have become over the year immersing myself with the rules the Wsop has set in place and they have found it necessary to keep order and to have boundaries for all playing in the Main Event.
Could you expand on the bolded? Particularly the 'official' bit. What makes you official and not just any training school? A relationship with Caesars maybe?

Having trouble thinking of a single arena that the "social justice" mentality hasn't made worse - embodied by her crying about things not going her way, the mob at the table concurring that it was all very unfair & Effel "punishing" & then telling Kassouf he's on his own to define the injustice/taunting (because he knows it's a lie)

The only problem I had with the ruling was that he didn't double it to two rounds when the delta bravo refused to shut up.

In the old days tw*ts like this lost a few teeth and learned to behave.

I really don't want to pile on, I'm on your side (even though, imo, there's definitely the appearance of a conflict here simply by virtue of the apparent relationship) and think Kassouf was a jerk, but come on.

A poker dealer school "certified by the Board of Education"???

Really??? Surely you're not talking about the same "Board of Education" that certifies Florida public schools???

Citation, please...

+1

Kassouf was highly amusing, and I despise Dbags. But he doesnt come across as a Dbag.

Whats worse is that ladies antics and butthurtedness combined with Jacks anger ruining the energy at the table and making it a hostile setting.

Repeated deflection and denial of something that looks very fishy...lol. And the fact that you're a huge cry baby (not just in the ME episode, but here aswell).

Wow. You really don't know what you're talking about. Yes once a year we attend the Fl board meetings renew our license with the board yearly. It's the Florida board of independent education . They license colleges and vocational schools. We are a legitimate school.

I don't think Kassouf was getting a penalty, but he was an asshat to Jack. So yeah, he kinda deserved it.

While there is a conflict of interest, that doesn't mean the decision couldn't have been correct, and I have no idea what you think looks "very fishy".

How old are you?

Don't get me wrong, I find the whole routine where Stacy pops in a couple of times a day to respond to the things she can easily dispute and ignores any other points, to be pretty aggravating, but I don't know what the point of the childish name-calling is.
