He's opinionated, thats for sure. I've actually sweated a few games in Bobby's room and never seen anyone mistreat a dealer, but I know that doesn't mean much.

Rooms shouldn't let the inmates run the asylum. Strong floors who aren't afraid to discipline players lets the other players know that there are consequences for acting like a jerk. The problem with some rooms is they let the floors accept tips from players, so those who do tip will get multiple warnings before anything is ever done, if anything is ever done.

Also, I can confirm that JRB is very slow. Saw him at Bootleggers last week with some average looking girl and he was trying to teach her open faced chinese while eating at the bar. I cringed listening to some of his thought process.
