Lot's of new updates lately. What about adding notes function asap? Like mement mori above said: new version is unplayable before there is one.

Yellow is the button position. The green and blue are the small and big blinds.

We’re still not sure about how valuable it is to highlight the blinds. If you scroll up a few posts you’ll see that I’m keen to get your feedback on this.

The idea is to make the table as easy to understand at a glance as possible. Let us know if it helps or not.

Not sure if it's just because I regged in the break or not but I can't change any table settings on the Prima client. I click the menu icon > Settings and then the menu disappears and all the icons top left disappear too. They eventually pop back again after a click or two but the same thing happens again when I repeat the steps

Post break it's still not working.

Hey Mr Scott,

my buddy just wrote the german Guts Poker Support, and told them, he cannot see his points he collected for the "The Chase" Promotion. Support confirmed he opted in and he's fine. My friend then told the support he might not see the points due to his use of the old poker client.
Support then kinda freaked out and said that he shouldn't use the old client as they cannot confirm that he will receive any money from the "The Chase" promotion.

Is this true and can you confirm or was the support just FOS (they are sometimes rather clueless, unfortunately).

Hi,

A player can use any client type (Classic, Prima, Mobile) to participate in The Chase promotion on Guts (and any other Operator that is opted into this promotion). If there is an issue after the promotion has ended RE awards, please do let us know!

Depending on what poker room you’re playing with you should either already have v38 or will get it today. If this issue still occurs in 38, or you don’t get the upgrade, please would you contact your poker room’s support team or PM me here so we can troubleshoot?

Yeah I figured it after a lil while thanks, I think it's a nice feature.

Currently the thing missing most is the ability to take notes, color code and a more friendly bet slider.

v38 downloaded today, will test again and see if it's still doing it and let you know.

Playing plo the hole cards should be way bigger so you can see the rank more easily. There is way too much dead space whrere you could spread the cards. The client is way better now and easier to see everything so going to the right direction for sure.

Ive been with this network since 2005. I started out on ladbrokes and purple lounge.
I would just like to say to anyone who consider playing here or switch site coolbet is the place to play. Never before have i recived better support ,withdraw (quick and 100% legat)options and in general a awsome site with lots of promotions for small stakes players or sportsbetters.

If you mean that network promo where you get 10% extra then yes. I can allso say that coolbet is a very good choise.

I see it yes, nice. Quite similar among all Microgaming skins, some might outperform by a few %%. And not sure if 30% lifetime rakeback instead of having to grind through the VIP levels can be received for all MPN skins?

Thanks for the feedback. We do want to take another look at the card graphics, especially in Omaha, for the reasons you've stated.

We do have this feature. You can access it in two ways:

1. Click the 'Replay' button (looks like a Play symbol) at the top left of the table, to replay the most recent hands.

2. Click 'Player History' in the menu, to see an overview of your recent results and hands played. You can replay any previously played hand from here, and can save a .GIF of any dramatic moments to share with your friends.

We don't plan to decommission the old client until we're satisfied that the new client is a better experience for as many players as possible. This will take a while longer, as we recognise that there's plenty of work still to do. The only exception is if we encounter a technical or regulatory reason to upgrade players earlier, as we are not doing any further development work on the old client.

So far there are two exceptions, hence the following groups will be upgraded earlier:

1. Mac users. We've upgraded many Mac users already, and the rest will be upgraded in the next few weeks.

2. Swedish users. The old client will not be compliant in Sweden, hence Swedish users will be required to upgrade to the new client in January. More news on Sweden to come, in a few weeks time.

Redstar is an option from their end I assume, although I think the Indian government is restricting you from playing at MPN (and other poker sites)?
