my account on nordicbet got frozen and also no explanation given what will happen to my money and why I got banned.

Little backround:
I played on mpn for a while now (mainly the mpn spin version) and was a winning player on them. Before playing on nordicbet, I played on betsson and betsafe, which all 3 belong together. I was winning on all of them and out of my perspective this looks like the issue they had with my account. One day after I made a deposit, they just frozen my account, blocked me on all other mpn sites and sent me this ****ty e-mail:

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us earlier about your account.
Our relevant team has reviewed your account and made the decision to close your account. This has been taken in line with the rules 1.2.a in our Terms and Conditions.
We understand this is not the reply you hoped for but would like to ask and thank you for your understanding.
We wish you a pleasant day.
Best regards,
NordicBet Customer Service.

Rule 1.2a is just everything what is not allowed on the site. I called the customer service and tried to get an understanding of what happened and of course they wouldn´t give me any further information on this.
While playing the only softwares I use are mpn tools and pokertracker. Of the tables I also use holdem resources calculator, equilab, flopzilla, simple postflop trainer. So nothing what is to my knowledge prohibited.

I asked them via mail to reconsider and also that I could video proof, that I can maintain the same playstyle without any help. It seems like, that I just got banned for being a winning player and this can happen to you too. So I advise you either to not play there or keep the bare minimum amount of money, that you can afford to loose, in the account.

arn't those not allowed ? im curious . they might flag you cause you have em installed.

As far as I am aware these programs are allowed if you don´t use them in game as a realtime advisor. How do you improve your game? Do you use a seperate pc for this? Would be cool to know how other regs handle this issue.

Even if this was an issue, to have them installed wouldn´t justify to keep my money without any warning or clarification. Other pokersites handle things like this not in such a strange way.

You can use those softwares while client is not open.

So there is no fraud they just banned you because you used 3rd party tools while playing? Did you get your money back? Why are people so dumb and don't read the tos or just ask from the support.

Well I could say the same about you in regards reading my post. As I stated I only use mpn tools and pokertracker while playing. These are not forbidden programmes. It´s fraud in my eyes, if you takes someones money without any explanation or reasoning given.

im going to take a guess that those tools you use had some processes left running in the background ... even though you did not think they were open ... and mpn is not good enough to tell the difference.

And it's your job to make sure you don't have any software running in the backround. Even if you don't use them.

Who said I did so? Thats just you assuming things again. As I said earlier, they didn´t explain why and it might have nothing to do at all with any program mentioned. I just mentioned them to give some context and not to say it´s totally because of this or that. I mainly posted it to find out if other people had a similar experience and as warning.
