Just checked it out. Not sure how a poker room with 17 active players and 3 running tables can count as an "elephant in the room." Definitely seems more like a gnat, or maybe a grain of sand. Or possibly just a waste of time.

I assume OUS is supposed to be outside US?

What did they say when you emailed them? They're going to be the best ones to answer as they would know the specifics about your account. But in general, I think you'll find if you search through the hundreds of posts we've had about this before, that you'll need to prove residency in some fashion.

So, where I live we cannot play online (alabama). I haven't played in years and I am looking to get in some practice. How would you recommend i do this? The game I want to get in practice for is the local 1/2. It mostly plays like 2/5 though. Really big, fast, a lot of action with some good players and even more not so good players.

i used to go to a site where you could replay old hands if you knew the username for online cash hands (see your largest win/loss hand, etc). what webpage was it? i tried searching the web, but haven't been able to find it.

i know about sharkscope for tourney poker, but there was a good site where you could replay past hands that you played online (on pokerstars/fulltilt). more for fun since the info for me is outdated.

Sorry to hijack this post but I'm wondering if anyone here faced problems with verification on Neteller before?

I'm a poker player from Australia and all my verification details seemed to have gone through except for my location verification, which is under review for two days now. I called their support twice but they only said that they will escalate the issue to the relevant department for me. Anyone faced such a long period of verification process before?

After the last update of the program, I lost all my settings like theme of the table, time, auto buy in, auto reload, 4 color deck, save hands to hard disk, table layouts etc.

Is there any was to restore these settings back?

For example a file at the hard disk that I can copy paste in a specific path?

I know that might sound like it's not a big deal but especialy table layouts take a lot of time to create them again.

Periodically backup USER.INI from your PokerStars settings folder. Then if this happens again you can just copy back into the settings folder and you will have everything back. This problem is a bug that periodically happens during an update so it will happen again.

this is the industry standard. They want to verify you are who you say you are aswell as making sure the credit card you used to deposit isnt stolen.
