Anyone else having trouble withdrawing from pokernordica or merge in general? I requested a withdrawal on Jan. 6th and it is still: "pending approval". Usually it takes 24-72 hours to clear and it had almost been a month. Doesn't help that customer support lies to me half the time and just feeds me some uninformative BS the other half.

My last two messages received from support:

Support has lied a couple of times to me now. This is getting pretty ridiculous.

UPDATE: I was able to get ahold of the Pokernordica CEO, and I must say kudos to him for responding to my email and looking into this matter personally. I will update when it finally gets approved and when I receive the check.

He sent me the following 2 emails:

I contacted Merge about this issue right now because I can see you check has been pending since the 6th of January. This is not supposed to be like this at ALL and I am on top of it right now!

I'm not a PokerNordica Rep, but there is a delay with checks at the moment. This has happened before and is generally resolved quickly. Merge is on the ball about it, so please be patient. Your funds are secure and the network is doing its best to get the delay resolved!

I'm having a problem too right now. Don't they realize the stress this causes for people that need the money within a reasonable timeframe and pokernordica decides they're gonna hold out on you. This is probably the #1 problem that would cause me to switch to a different site. Does anyone know if other skins on the merge network are having the same issues, because if this doesn't get resolved soon I'm definately leaving. I'm too dependent on being able to get a withdraw sent within a timeframe of 2-3 weeks and the stress of watching my bills come due and my withdrawl just sits in flux is killing me right now.

Took 32 days, but it got approved today. Hopefully I'll have the check sometime next week. Mike Eloff, CEO of PN, was very helpful in getting this matter sorted. As I expected merge handles all of the cashouts and not PN directly, so they have to get their act together. 32 days when the industry and network standard is < 48 hours is not acceptable. But I am happy and relieved to see that it was finally approved.
