I will. I tried to get my Logitech controller to work with the different AHK programs but couldn't so I'll appreciate a device made for idiots like me.

Question for any of the Admins here....

Do manufacturers of poker related products like this ever approach sites like 2+2 to do beta testing? I would think they would for the advantage of being able to sell their products much easier to the forum members(which are many in the case of forums like 2+2 & a few others) if the forum admins themselves have actually gotten to do hands on with the product and give it a thumbs up.

Just curious.

This thing looks pretty slick and I like the idea but it doesnt look like it can fit in your hands as well as a gamepad or xbox controller. This is the first I've heard of this as well as using gamepads or xbox controllers to play online poker.

So today I went out and bought a logitech gamepad and have been playing with some AHK and different software to get it working. I went the short route and got it going for Limit Holdem. I really enjoy playing with the gamepad but by the time you buy a gamepad and pay for the additional software such as FulltiltControls or Table Ninja, you could have nearly bought one of these devices.

I want to get one but my concerns are

1) Doesn't look like it will fit the hands comfortably and buttons for bet pot, allin, etc doesn't look like they're placed well for right-handers. Could use a joystick for switching tables and triggers up top for bet/fold/check to allow critical buttons such as those to be better placed

2) Looks more like a Gameboy or PSP rather than a controller

3) Cake may become a major poker room. Hopefully a software/firmware download can add support for it in the future.

I think we just need a good software program that will map your gamepad buttons to a poker rooms interface. Make it much easier than messing with AHK setups and allows the users to customize their setup and use whatever gamepad they feel most comfortable with.

Gamepad + Poker ShortCuts + Joy2Mouse.ahk = mouse free poker once I get my 4 tables opened. The joy2mouse is only necessary cuz PSC doesnt support mouse movement with the analog stick, and I wanted to be able to mouse with my gamepad also. I can even set 3 different hotkeys in PSC, so I can use my mouse buttons, keyboard hotkeys, or my gamepad buttons I assigned for fold/call/raise. The cost of the gamepad and software is a small price to pay for reduced wrist pain IMO.

Once I have 4 tables open PSC will activate and highlight the urgent table, move my mouse cursor there and highlight it a new color (to show the table my mouse is over), and preset my predetermined bet amount, so all I have to do is fine tune the bet if necessary (with gamepad buttons) or simply click the fold or bet buttons.

The hardest thing with this setup is learning all the gamepad buttons, so muscle memory can take over, with as little poker as I have been playing lately.

Some of you you should probably have a look at Pinnacle Game Profiler (sorry if already posted) I bought it just to use my xbox controller with my pc games, and its the best thing i ever bought.

The thing is it can use any button on the keyboard, any mouse movement or clicks and transpose it to any button on the controller.

That along with some sort of poker script may be just the ticket. But just to play games ,any game, I dont know how I lived without it.

Google it, its an instant download $25usd when I bought it .

Yes it does , not sure with XPadder if its just for xbox controller, the other will work for just about any controller you may have.

Just had a better look it does seem that both will work with just about any controller

I am a microstake recreational break even donkey

I took the offer where you setup an account on a site, make a deposit, play a certain number of hands and qualify to receive a free poker controller.

It happens the pokerroom I chose offers freerolls for first depositors during the first week, which proved quite profitable, so this controller will be better than free for me because I broke even in the hands I played to redeem the offer, and made about 200$ in the freerolls.

The problem is I haven't received the stuff after more than 60 days, they say they are still fixing some bugs before they release it.

So it is either a product that isn't yet completely operational, or a vaporware or a plain old scam, I'll let you know when I receive it.

But by all means let's wait for the product to hit the streets before we can judge it.

Here is an alternative

I have the older model (G11) but never cared to configure it for poker.

Q. Am I able to table switch between different poker rooms at the same time?
A. Yes, the Poker Controller Software will enable you to switch seamlessly between tables in play. In order to switch between tables in play,
simply click the TABLE (L) & (R) buttons.

This sounds amazing and would let me cascade tables and multitable say both pokerstars and Full tilt at the same time!

However:
Q. How many games can I play at once?
A. We recommend you play up to a maximum of 4 games at the same time.

What?!? If I only play 4 tables. Why would I want to play at two different pokerrooms?
The seamless switch hold no function since there is no reason to cross site if you are only playing 4 tables.

Is it really impossible to 16 table with this controller?
