I made a request for approx 2500 CAD July 5th to be withdrawn to my VISA. Normally takes 3-5 business days.
Still have gotten nothing; WH says they released the funds and keep giving me a reference number. My bank says the reference number is meaningless and has no record of any attempt to credit my VISA.
I don't want to dispute any charges, what should I do?

Lol, it's only 5 days "late", calm the **** down. This is very normal. Also if you read their withdrawl rules, they are not even late according to that. The fact that it usually takes 3-5 days, does not mean it always does. So far they have not done anything wrong. Calm down and be patient.

Make sure your withdrawl didn't go to your sportsbook cashier. I've had that happen several times without ever having used anything other than the poker section of WH. Support chat can check your balances.

Yeah, I've never had any issue with them, I remember that ewallets cashouts took 6 hours every time
