Right I'll be fully honest I played sit and Gos on full tilt three years ago and me and my friend was couluding in them I got banned from full tilt and regretted doing it I have been able to play pokerstars for them three years with no problem I honestley never cheated on their site after messing up on full tilt before but then I contacted full tilt poker as I was doing well on stars making good money I thought I'd try best of both worlds I give it three years and apologised to full tilt for what I did after I couldn't get back into my full tilt account they said it has come to our attention that your full tilt acount has been blocked and that they'll be blocking my ps account as seizing my funds seems very unfair as never cheated on ps and it was three years ago since the full till incident I have tried contacting stars and they just keep fobing me off saying they've passed it on to the manager and never get back to me

post the full email with PS telling you they closed the account. that should help us help you

Oh also it's saying that I had two accounts on ps which I did but I took a break from poker and forgot all the details for my last account and couldn't remember which email I linked it too and didn't like my old name so thought it would be better all round to create a new account I am been 100% honest hear I admit to cheating three years ago on full tilt it had nothing to do with stars at that point because they wasn't a joint company at that time I have played stars ever since I have been active with no problem and honestley never cheated on their site, is in contention with there poker rooms just think there support is terrible and why a big site like themselves don't have telephone support is dreadful I genuinely feel I've been robbed of my funds. If they feel is necersarry to ban me that I'll have to take but they shouldn't take my funds that I earned legitimately some of which was earned from bet stars

Also this was sent after it all still haven't heard anything three days later and don't think I will tbh

You broke the rules so they can do what ever they want. And the excuse I can't remember my email and didn't like my name blaablaablaa is just stupid. You knew for sure you can have only one account and you knew for sure you will get banned if and when you get caught. It sucks but why didn't you just email them and explain I can't remember my login details heres my name etcetc rather that open a new acc? And why is the old ps acc banned if you have never broke any rules with that one?

And to answer your question : your account is banned because you have old account that's allready banned.

FullTilt and PokerStars have been a joint company ever since FullTilt reopened after BlackFriday. On the surface it does seem unfair that they would allow you to continue to play and then take your winnings but in reality they clearly didn't notice that you were playing on PS. So it really isn't a matter of them treating you unfairly.

If there are still players on FullTilt that should be reimbursed for what you did 3 years ago then of course PS should take your money. If not, then it's not impossible that PS might return part or all of your money to you at some point.

Poker stars seems a lot better these days with less bad beats and seems fairer maybe it's just a simple case of my game has got a lot more solid, and when I was younger I was a lot more loose and gung-ho but found a good strat to make good profits without the need of cheating as that did me no good

My old ps account was never actually banned and I promise I didn't know that having two accounts would be all that bad it was just a simple mistake of forgetting what email address my last one was linked to I've been open and honest about cheating on full tilt I have nothing to gain about lying about opening another account also why did they let me create said other account and not say you already have an account with us under the name grant chillin then I could have tried recovering

You colluded, you created multiple accounts.......i guess it's very reasonable from Stars to not want your business. Move on and heed this advice:

It's a shame really poker stars is by far the best site going imo no one else can touch them for their poker rooms and I thought now that stars have taken over full tilt that the would have improved, harsh that I'm getting punished for something I did three years ago when I was young and naive like full tilt did nothing in the wrong hypocrites there site got shut for cheating back then

And I made it to four star v.i.p playing good making money and running nicely my online game had never been so good using numourous books to improve my game and adapt to online

You start this thread and post in another asking why you've been banned, as if you have no idea, and then fess up that you know exactly why you've been banned, which means you're actually just wasting everyone's time. Then you come up with some nonsense about how FT was rigged and Stars "seems a lot better these days with less bad beats and seems fairer", which really just means that once you hit a bad run on Stars you'll be complaining about how it's rigged as well.

And then there's this gem:

Well there's no timelimit when then this 'crime' gets old so it really doesn't matter if it was days, weeks or years ago. And ft did something wrong and paid the price.

Ps says your old account is barred from playing so why do you say it's not? It it was open they would prolly just closed the new one after asking some questions and closing the new one.

In the end you would never have this problem if you had contacted stars befor opening the new acc because you forget the log in details. If you are unsure just ask.

I would doubt strongly if discovered colluders in SNGs lost every SNG, so obviously there were victims of your cheating.

As you now want to be fully honest, what were your and his FTP SNs?
