Where Can US Players Play? Where Can US Players Play?

09-04-2011 , 01:15 AM
Question has prolly been asked 10000 times but the search function is failing me. so i apologize for that.

I am going through withdrawals tho i had a modest 30k roll before black friday and Now im going through serious withdrawal. Live sessions are so boring and painfully slow as you watch the 42 year old rec. player waste time tanking his obvious decision. i digress but my original question. anywhere for the U.S. players to play at all?

Cake- 3 month+ minimum cashouts & horrible support
Intertops- part of cake network but seperate cashier so better version of cake poker
Bodog- Good traffic soft games but 4table max and no rakeback
Everleaf Network- low traffic but soft games and fastest cashouts
Merge- not available yet but highest traffic, reg infested games, 1 month min cashouts, most likely to be whacked by DOJ, and lies to their players (lookup merge returning to US market)

There's a few others I missed but they're not even worth mentioning.

Ditto lopaks comments. Minted has euro cash tables in addition to USD tables and they get loose at times. Cake is ok if you can wait your withdrawals.

are there any sites that allow USA players to deposit ( WU or whatever method ) and have steady, fast, safe cash outs?

and is it legal to play there?

There are many sites that allow US players.

Yes people are getting paid. No it is not always as fast as the players would like.

UIGEA never made it illegal to play online poker.

Look around OP. All this information and more is readily available. Here is a good thread for you below. Good luck.

I thought I heard many people saying that Merge accepted US players, but it will not allow me to create an account with them.

Does anybody know the top site that US players are playing on currently?

Zynga Poker, ldo...

Hi! I am a new member on here and am glad to be on such a site. I am from the USA and am interested in joining a poker site that accepts USA players. Upon research..I noticed merge and non merge sites tend to have complaints related to a variety of things, including cashing out and cashing out delays. I want to play on a site where there is a decent amount of players so I can get a game and a website that I know I can get my money, and not wait months to get it back. What site should I try out? Thank you.

If you use the search function you'll find all the sites you can play on. As for what you want in a site I would suggest you leave the country and then play on stars.

lol obviously. I have researched as well. But I want the opinion of fellow people at 2+2. I know what sites are for US players, its easy. I just want to hear what people think and what sites people like to play on and pros and cons..

Hmmm, if only there was a thread somewhere that one could read and find such opinions.

Are there any sites that americans can play on that have a decent freerolls schedule. I dont want to deposit to be able to play and im not going to play with play chips.
09-07-2011 , 07:44 PM
BetOnline, but you may or may not be able to get any money you may win, though.
09-07-2011 , 10:02 PM
Vick you may like spreading a little bit across 3 sites that you see here in the threads. You know. A comfortable amount that you aren't so dependent on. You should find a place to settle in and play. Plus this way gives you more tables to choose from across multi sites. Cake is slow payouts. But they aren't ripping off players.

You're the type of player every site wants.

wp sir

thunder1276: Merge probably has the best freeroll schedule, but still has not reopened to new US customers.

So try the Everleaf skins, I know that Hercules Poker is advertising all over (and in my inbox) about their freerolls, they seem to be aggressively marketing to players that want to play real games but may be wary of depositing.

Minted Poker is another skin on the network, and it has good reputation for easy and fast cashouts, not sure if that is true for all skins but if they all use the network for processing then it should be same..

Vegaskid89, I would tell you Merge would be best but if you are not already signed up then they are temp closed for new US signups.

Everleaf has RB deals and HEM works on the Minted skin, probably on all Everleaf.

Bodog has no RB but you do get points that can be converted for cash, and with a hand grabber (PT3 has it built in) you can use HEM.

Not sure what more you are searching for, if outside the USA then there are tons more sites than I mentioned.

im usa, everlead/minted is out of the question because they literally have nobody ever on a table... no interested in bodog because of the no hud use.. as far as i know intertops offers rake + u can use hud, but erases player stats when u leave the table.. there has to be more sites that allow huds, com'n now.

Hes literally posted that same question in about 30 threads as if there is some magical hidden list no one wants to tell him.

Vegas, like Papa said, Everleaf, thats it, GL.

I just wanted to add that the Bodog points give you a whopping .5%- 1% RB EQ. Thats why no one really mentions it when discussing RB.

No, there doesn't. You can thank your politicians for that.

I don't know what other answer you're hoping to hear - if Everleaf is too small for you (LOL at "literally have nobody ever" - I don't think literally means what you think it means), there are only 3 bigger US-facing networks to choose from, and Merge isn't taking new US players at the moment. So you have Bodog with no rakeback, and Cake with no HUDs.
