Where Can US Players Play? Where Can US Players Play?

Very good rating and I've never had a single issue with them.

I have no idea on any account. But you can check the Action Poker website a look at the tourney schedule then check them on BO. Plus, I sat a 5/10 HU reg that I saw posting in a thread regarding PayNoRake.

I and another respected 2p2 poster(who I'll let post in here if they choose) have independently verified that the tables contain the same players.

If you simply open Action Poker and BetOnline (yes it will allow both to be opened at the same time), it is clear that they ARE sharing the same player pool.

With Action Poker known for non payments, this is a very interesting twist and it will be interesting to see how this plays out now.

I think because with BO you are transferring the poker balance to a sportsbook wallet (or viceversa when you deposit) it might be okay.

BetOnline is a well respected Sportsbook and they appear to have their own Cashier.

However, now that this is public I'm interested to see how this plays out.

BTW, as I posted in the other thread, I've confirmed the player pool is shared with the Action Poker Network. I've opened both clients side by side (which it allows you to do) and it is clearly the same tables without mistake.

Bodog > x when it comes to sports betting degens spewing chips. The software is garbage, however.

Not to digress - This is the problem I had with Doyles Room not BetOnline, (only played when they launched their new software recently not the old 3D bs) and was pretty surprised at this. I even clicked replay and replayed the hand still to no avail and couldn't see my opponents cards when he mucked at Showdown

Bodogs? Eh their new interface with the lobby is so-so they could revert back to the old imo but I kind of like Bodog software, it's a change and a bit unique in it's own little way. 4 table max does suck however

You must be the lucky one turbo as it is horrific for most of us. Dozens of glitches, randomly shutting down in the middle of sessions daily if not multiple times in a session, huge memory leak that increases lag as you play, its just terrible. What kind of traffic is there at different limits on Betonline for those that play there?

I don't really minds 4 table max since that's usually how many tables I play. Hmmmm besides 5thstreet I think everyone is lobbying towards Bodog

Checked the payout thread, sounds like payouts run smoothly, anyone have any issues with them lately?

The more I play on BO the less impressed I am. The software is pretty bad, no player to player transfers, 'All-In Protection' which you can google but is a TOTAL joke and begs to be abused, a hand replayer that only shows the last hand played, no further back and the inability to see your opponent's hole cards when they showdown and lose (makes it hard to get reads on people).

All that coupled with the lolsmall player pool makes Bodog seem like a vastly superior option. Plus they lie about being on the Action Poker Network. Smells funny.

Anybody play on Intertops? How is the traffic?
08-07-2011 , 03:07 PM
So, a friend of mine, who has been very skeptical of poker on the interwebs, says he has been playing on Luvin poker and, well, doing just that. As opposed to Cake it appears to have wire transfer options available to US players...can anyone attest to efficiency of payouts? Any experiences anyone would like to share? Thinking about depositing but kinda skeptical after all the trouble with getting money off Cake.

Not lobbying against Bodog just explaining the reality of their software. As US players beggars cant be choosers. You really should be open to try pretty much every decent option there is if you still want to play a lot of online poker, and Bodog is definitely one of those options. As yes Bodog payments have been fine lately, and that imo, is reason enough alone to play there if you can live with all the other limitations.

It's part of the everleaf network, which doesn't have an amazing reputation but it's better than Cake's.

If I was a US player I'd be playing at Minted Poker.

Traffic is pretty good all things considering. Just stick with Intertops and avoid CakePoker. Even though they are on the same network Intertops has its own cashier. So while CakePoker isnt paying anyone in a reasonable time frame, our hopes are that Intertops will provide much better results in that regard and give US players another decent option.
08-07-2011 , 03:51 PM
Yeah that was my plan. I even got a 33 percent rakeback deal on Intertops. I'm scared somethings gonna happen though tbh.
08-07-2011 , 03:52 PM
Can you go in detail? Why is Minted Poker the best option? I'm really trying to size up the best site to deposit on.
