Without any doubt Doyle's Room. The worst customer support I have ever experienced, where I got the wrong answer 5 times before they finally figured out what was wrong and no compensation for the tournament I was registered to and missed while I couldn't access my account due to their incompetence.

I guess I have been lucky, but that dodgy room is the only one I have been ripped off by.

Haven't played too many sites yet, but I'd say my LEAST favorite interface would be Bodog poker. Favorite interface would be 1. FTP, 2. Pstars
